Good overall
Good overall english lesson book. Great material to teach english. I wouldn't just use this alone though. Make sure to use other materials as well.

Item not new as stated
Book arrived quickly in good condition but had writing which has been mostly erased. I understand when you purchase used schoolbooks there are going to be things like that but this was listed as New. Next time just state that it has some writing inside at least.
