Received damaged
One jar completely smashed and leaked all over the inside of the box. Don't want to return item as other 5 jars ok after washing the sticky syrup off the outside. A partial refund or voucher would be appreciated.

Great for added fibre add to yogurt or on toast can even be added to soft drinks for that extra fibre intake

product arrived broken and covered ins ticky syrup but cannot be returned
One of the six jars was broken and the syrup oozed out; The box was falling apart and there were glass shards all over. I took pictures of the product and had to throw it out as it was sticky and disintegrating. The shards were difficult to handle and dangerous. I saved the other five jars and washed them. All i wanted was a replacement of the broken one. However, I can only get a replacement if I return the whole thing, five good jars and the broken one. I already threw out the broken one. It was impossible to handle it. Very disappointed.

Great product
I love this product. It’s good for the gut and can be used in baking as a liquid sweetener. So instead of maple syrup or agave syrup or golden syrup. The taste is quite mild so I add extra vanilla with it.

half of the jars had smashed and leaked everywhere. not able to arrange a new package, so i am out pocket : (
