good product even if I have to say it is not made with sturdy plastic and if you step on the conduit it smashes but, it's very handy anyway, it is openable in the middle and can be fitted at the very end without running wires through it, you just open the conduit and lay the wires into it.

Pros 1. It’s cheaper per metre than the other specialist spiral wrap tubes 2. It does the job of protecting and grouping the wires just as well as the spiral wrap. Cons Just one but I wouldn’t buy again because of it. The other spiral wrap cable management tend to come with tools to split the plastic and easily insert the wiring bundle. This makes it easy to put long cable runs into the wrap. With this you have to manually prise it apart with your fingers. It’s not difficult, just fiddly and time consuming. If you’re using this on 1m lengths of wire, it will be absolutely fine but if you have to do long runs, try the stuff with the tools.

Very stiff plastic with hardly any give. I hurt my fingers Trying to prize it open to get the cord in. Sorry, but I was disappointed.

Nach zwei Jahren Einsatz im Freien zerfällt der Schutzschlauch und ist für den Außeneinsatz absolut nicht geeignet. In der Artikelbeschreibung steht aber folgendes: Outdoor: Perfekt zum Schutz von Kabeln in Außenumgebungen, wie für Gartenbeleuchtung oder Veranstaltungen im Freien. Konstruktion: Einsatz auf Baustellen zur Sicherung elektrischer Verbindungen und Verkabelungen. Auf Nachfrage beim Händler kommt folgende lapidare Antwort From what I can see from the description of the item it doesn't say it can be used outdoors Der Händler scheint seine eigene Produktbeschreibung nicht zu kennen und verweist nur die lange Zeit (2,5 Jahre) die seit der Bestellung vergangen sind. Weiter möge ich mich doch mit Amazon in Verbindung setzen da das Produkt über ein Amazon-Warehouse geliefert wurde. Mein Fazit: Bei diesem Händer werde ich nie wieder etwas kaufen
