Lovely keyboard
My eyesight is failing almost daily now and I had so much difficulty using my old keyboard even in bright light the lettering was faint so I saw this and purchased. The lettering is large and yellow is very easy to see. the set up was just seconds and a no brainer. the keyboard is the standard qwerty and I just love typing again it is suddenly very easy. the keys are very light touch and response is lightning fast The keyboard arrived only days after i ordered way before amazon said it would I love this keyboard and is the best purchase I have ever had through Amazon. i wish I could give more than 5 stars highly recommended

An ok keyboard and mouse set at a value price - nope, changed my mind, read on.
It is an ok keyboard and mouse. I have found that some of the keys require a sterner press than others which results in mistypes from time to time. The mouse can be temporamental on my mousemat at least. I like that the mouse goes to sleep to save battery but comes back on when you press button. Don't know about gaming as I don't use my computer for that but imagine the colour coded keys are helpful. You get what you pay for I suppose.20/10/18 - an update to my review- the left control key fails to register unless you push it hard. The mouse is the worst I have ever used. I'm afraid I'll by buying a new keyboard and mouse - this will go into the cupboard as emergency backup.

Deducted 1 star due to issues with mouse connectivity to nano transmitter!
Update:Had to deduct a star due to issues I had with the mouse connecting to the nano transmitter (hinted at in my original review)...The mouse just seems to be continuously disconnecting from the transmitter and I have to click on a mouse key to get it to re-connect. It should be said that I sit 2.5m (8 ft.) away from my PC and others probably sit closer, but I do not feel that 2.5 m is so far away that these issues should be considered 'acceptable' in a wireless mouse. The k/b appears to be affected by these issues too from time to time, but not as often. Also, for some reason, the mouse issue is worse when I am playing games in the evening than it is when I am just using it normally during the day...I have only deducted 1 star as most other users will probably sit closer to their PC than I do and may therefore not be affected. Unfortuntaely for me, these issues are show 'stoppers' and the k/b and mouse will be heading for my local charity shop! It's a shame as I quite like the design of the keyboard...Original review:Just bought one of these keyboard/mouse combos and took delivery of it this morning. As I wrote a review (somewhat critical) of the last one I bought, I thought it only fair to write one for this one too...Keyboard:The picture does not really do justice to the actual size and shape of this keyboard. It is unusually long and narrow (as well as being pretty thin). In fact it is less than 4 1/2 inches (11cm) from top to bottom, which means you can pick it up and carry it in one hand without accidentally pressing any keys.As you can see from the photos, it is a full-size keyboard with a numeric block on the right-hand side. This does make the keyboard slightly more unwieldy than it probably needs to be. I know some people use the numeric block, rather than the numbers along the top, but I don't, so it is kind of useless space to me. The format of the keyboard appears to me to be crying out to be reduced to a mini-keyboard size (i.e. without the numeric block) and I'm surprised that the manufacture hasn't gone down that route. The 'feel' of a k/b is always a very subjective thing. I like the feel of this one, but I'm not a good typist, so that may not mean much to others. The keystrokes are 'clean' and I'm already not 'missing' as many characters as I was with its predecessor. As I've only just taken delivery of this k/b, I obviously can't say much about about it's durability, but it doesn't feel cheap and nasty. In fact it has a surprisingly well-made solidity to it, which bodes well for a long and productive life.Mouse:The mouse is also a little bit different to what I was expecting. Its not as long as it looks in one of the photos. In fact it is pretty much the 'normal' size of any mouse. Where it differs is in it's height, which is about 2cm only off the surface of the pad. This means you don't so much 'hold' the mouse in your hand as rest your hand on top of it. Only time will tell, whether this turns out to be a good thing or a bad for me.The mouse initially feels a bit cheap and flimsy when you first pick it up, but you quickly get used to it. The top surface is glossy, where the modern trend is to have a mat 'non-slip' finish. All-in-all, I don't expect it will last long, but I could easily be proved wrong.Installation:Very much 'plug-and-play'. Plug the nano-key into a USB port, Windows installs the appropriate driver and away you go...Software:The keyboard has no software issues and works well wirelessly with the nano-key. The mouse seems to want to go into 'sleep mode' sometimes if you don't use it for a few seconds. Good for the longevity of the battery, but can be a little frustrating as you have to press down a mouse key to re-activate it. I suspect this is an issue with the range of the nano-key as it happens more often when I am sitting 3 metres away than if I am sitting close to the transmitter. I will update this section if I discover more...

Value for money
I received my order earlier than expected, for which I am positively surprised. The quality of the set is on par with the price. One thing that I noticed is that the keyboard is very lightweight, so it is comfortable to carry around or to rest on your lap while you are typing. It as a standard UK layout. Plug and play as advertised. Did not have to wait for it to set up.Furthermore, the mouse and keyboard not have a turn off switch, but automatically do so after about 5 minutes (or less) of inactivity. When you receive your set, please note that the usb adapter is attached in the mouse, where the batteries are, so you need to plug it out of there. I will write more once I have tested them for a few days.Edit: Additional feedback. After owning the keyboard and mouse for a couple of months, I must say that I exclusively use the mouse only. It is a good mouse, indeed. They keyboard, on the flip side has a problem where it would register a keystroke several times, which makes it extremely inconvenient for writing or even playing video games. For this reason I rarely use it. Anyway, I mostly wanted the mouse, the keyboard I perceive as an added bonus, so it does not bother me too much, nonetheless, I am shaving off one star.

Very good value for money cordless key board and mouse
Highly recommendedGot this to replace my years old dirty deep buttoned cordless key board which was beyond cleaningthe buttons on this new key board are only 3 mm high so a wipe with a micro fibre cloth will keep it cleanthe keys are easily read and are almost silent in operationThe mouse works wellExellent value for money

Basic cheap keyboard
This keyboard is satisfactory bearing in mind the price, you get what you pay for. The only reason I bought it was that it was described as "easy read" and it also had the standard UK layout including the " in the number 2 position. A lot of keyboards now have started putting @ in the number 2 position which is really frustrating. My main problem with it is that it is described as easy read but it is no better than my existing keyboard, I expected the printing to be brighter white and possibly even bold.It is not worth returning it so I will keep it as a spare in case of emergencies, but I would not want to use it as my everyday keyboard.

Great Value Keyboard & Mouse Set .
It is a full size keyboard, but nicely compact and very slim . The complementary rubber keyboard protector is a nice bonus and will help protect it from spillages, dirt and dust . I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I find it reliable, responsive and very good value for money . It arrived early too !
