Thanks to Taylor’s review I went back and reset it! Everything is working perfect now.
I have used the AlexaPure for 4 years now. Less expensive than my Dyson. However the Dyson is worth every cent as it is a work horse. I keep it on day and night in my bedroom. ( it is also heat and air conditioning). But the AlexaPure I keep in my family room. Just to clean the air.Great value.

Very little charcoal
It fits and works great but there are very little amounts of charcoal in the filter like 1/3 of what is suppose to be there. Helps my allergies so much

Great filter!
I use this for my Alexapure air cleaner, replacing theirs which Is too expensive Thank goodness this replacement is more affordable. If it was less I’d buy in bulk with subscription and change the filter more often

Very good filter - MORE charcoal than the original that came with it!
I read a bad review that there was less charcoal in this product than the original; however, I just changed mine from the original one to this product and the original only had 1/2 the amount of charcoal. This product had a lot more, almost full in each honeycomb. I almost did not purchase my 2nd one because of the bad review but when I checked it's the opposite. Perhaps the reviewer mixed them up before they took the photo?? So, when you get it just hold it up to the light and you can see there's a lot of charcoal in there. If not, return it. :)
