Working well to hold our beach rules. It is hung not 20 feet from the ocean on the inside of an open tiki. It is just what we needed!

Lock doesn't work well
The sign is perfect for our roadside farmstand with one big exception... the lock is almost impossible to close. In fact, it's now pulling out of the metal and we haven't used this six weeks yet. Sadly, I can't return it, hence the 2 stars. Buyer beware.

Menu solution
Great product I finally can post my menu outside

40" x 60" is pretty flimsy
I received it a day early great ,but it came damaged as you can see the corners were bent up and it wouldn't close right .The back isn't solid . There's a cross bar running through the middle and the back is open only thing keeping the elements out is a piece of poster board. I was excited to get this at a great price but the quality is lacking . I'm in the process of returning it for a full refund and looking another menu case.
