The customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from the company again for future camping/recreation needs. I had unzipped the double bag in hopes it would wash more easily and dry more quickly. Unfortunately the zipper pulls came off one bag completely while the other bag retained one of the two. Neither will be usable.My original review: If you have ever tried to make up a corner bed in a motorhome, you understand why I bought this sleeping bag. I thought the design of this sleeping bag is so pretty that it would make up for the rumpled look of the bed. I do really like the tropical look.We were unable to use it during really hot weather as a sleeping bag but it made a nice “comforter” look. Hopefully this fall , we will enjoy it’s true purpose and stay warm not overly hot.

Nice sleeping bag and big enough for me and my husband! A pocket on each side that zips! And two adorable pillows that we didn’t use because they’re super tiny, but they’re adorable anyway. Fabric is smooth and soft! Lightweight for summer camping as I had hoped! It was about 60 degrees at night and it kept us warm and not super hot! Add a blanket for a cooler night and it would be great as well! Great price and very pretty!

It’s definitely lightweight. I bought it for use indoors, and so far seems the perfect weight for that. The outer material is very slippery and this does cause it to move a lot on the bed. Pillows were super tiny and not useable as a pillow. Even the two together offer no comfort. Zipper looks like it might easily get stuck on the outer material.

This sleeping bag is vibrant and beautiful. It is thin, but not terrible for the price. It did arrive smelling like mildew. It took an entire can of lysol being sprayed on it every few hours for the "stale" smell to go away. After that it was fine and worked well enough.

The sleeping bag is roomy, warm, fluffy, satin-feeling and comfortable. It has the feel of a down comforter with a satin finish so it's lighter feeling than a product that might have been lined with flannel, as some are. I was worried that the lighter weight would not translate to equivalent warmth of a heavier product but I have not found that to be true. I tested it on my regular bed at home and it is as warm as the heavier comforter I normally use.I purchased the Chillbo bag, after much searching the internet, for use in my RV, which has heat and AC so temp extremes were not a consideration. To be honest, I chose it for three reasons - 1. it claimed to be warm and I had to wait and see if that was true - happy to say it is true. 2. It was the correct size for my RV bed so it's a perfect fit and feels very roomy inside. 3. It's only bag I could find that was a good color match for my RV interior which has aqua color upholstery and walls, so it is a good match and looks great. I love it!!!

I am fully obsessed with my Chilbo sleeping bag! It looks hella cool, it's soft to the touch and super snuggly! I'm a solo camper (unless you count my Chihuahua sidekick) am I'm all about style and function whilst roughing it. This bag hits every mark for me! Now, I'm planning to purchase everything they have in the Blue Leaf print. It's gorgeous and I want it all. Will be getting the Airsack Lounger as soon as it's back in stock. And I'm about to order the Blue Leaf fanny pack and water shoes to up my style game on the water while kayaking. Honestly, I've got a great tent but I'd likely buy the Blue Leaf tent if/when it comes back in! Really excited about this company and products. I bought this sleeping bag to take with me to camp instead of carrying bedding. The color and design are beautiful and were much admired by my roommate. The bag was comfortable to sleep in, with plenty of room to roll over and move around during the night. I even like the little pillows that other reviews complained about because I sleep on a small, flat pillow at home. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I simply could not get it back in the bag when it was time to pack up. I just could not roll it tightly enough. That would be ok if the bag had strings to tie around it as other sleeping bags do, but it does not. I will probably get some bungee cords to use when I go back to camp this summer.

It's beautiful and lightweight.Easy to roll back up for the size.I use it on top of the beds in motels when I travel... Its perfect!
