does this design comfortable for man to sit ?

As a 60 year old, 160 lbs. man with a history of back problems, I find it very comfortable. Worth the price (for me at least).

Is this regular foam or memory foam?

This is not memory foam. This is more comfortable than memory foam which can be hot, too firm or too giving depending on the quality or type. I'm 180 lbs and suffer from sciatic type butt pain. I use this cushion over slightly padded table and office chairs. I've had my cushion for over a year and it has not flattened out or become indented. It's held up great and is large enough to cover the chair seats.

2 cushions for coccyx bone comfort r 2 firm; am only 100 lbs (not much pressure) want cushion w/ some give so sore skin heels - is this the right one?

No, this isn't the right one for you. It's a nicely constructed cushion, but I returned it after a week - much too firm with no give; raised me in my chair by 3 inches (I'm a 165 lbs male). Instead I ordered an EVA Medical Sloping Coccyx Cushion, Sold by Med Shop and Beyond. I've been using it for a couple weeks - it's much better; less firm, more comfortable, and still protective of the coccyx.

It is large and will fit. But I found it mushy w no alot of comfort as the cushion needs to be firmer and you slide toward on it w the design

Not good for siatica patients

I am a siatica patient and I have tried many lumbar support pillows, but nothing gives positive solution after many analysis I have bought this and it aggravated my pain more .. I have tried both in my office and home chairs but it's worst ....waste of money..
