I have been using Difiaba products for nearly 10 years. They are made in Italy, where there is no FDA breathing down their necks.I started using it on over-treated hair. My ends were very dry and my scalp tends to be oily. It's tricky finding a product that can treat those dry ends while not weighing down the hair nearest the scalp. This product is perfect!When my hair feels dry and lusterless, I will slather this on, wrap my head in plastic wrap and leave it on for an hour or even overnight. Wash it out with a good quality shampoo (Difiaba has great shampoo, too)If you have long hair, you can put some on your ends, put it in a clip and go about your day.This is without a doubt the best treatment for over processed hair or if you live in a very dry climate.

Makes your hair incredibly soft!

Did not provide the degree of hydration I thought. Also I thought it would be more like a reconstructive type of product but it does not seem to be. The smell is different than conditioner and wasn't thrilled about that.
