I use these glasses everyday at work and I have a very physical demanding job, glasses fell twice with no damage. Not sure of some of the claims but it seem to work for me.

Have been having serious migraines almost everyday. Been going through aspirines like they were candy for the past 2 years (I got lasik eye surgery 5 years ago). I never realized that this could be caused by my everyday use of screens (I work with computers all day in a neon lights atmosphere, watch tv at night and use my phone daily). For the 1st time in a long time I have no headaches and it makes me so happy.About these glasses, I see through them as clear as if I wasn't wearing anything, there's really no glare. I have quite a small face too so all frames measuring 137mm to 141mm are way too wide. This one fits perfect without being too snug. If you have a small face, I suggest this size.Plastic quality is okay, not extraordinary but still good enough that it doesn't feel like dollar-store quality.All in all, this is the best 20$ I have ever invested in anything to be honest.

As a college student, I have to spend more time in front of a computer screen than I would like. Before I got these glasses I would actually not do half of my homework just because my eyes would hurt so much. I really like that they come with a blue light and a tester card so you can check that they work before you even put them on. Even though they are cute I wouldn't suggest wearing them when you're not at the computer just because (and this is my personal experience) they mess with your eyes if you're not using them for their intended purpose for an extended time period.
