Arrived Dirty
I was shocked to see brown "residue" on the little balls as if it had been used before and not cleaned. The seller, when notified, want to know what it was. Well, I did not know and was not going to investigate. I put the thing in boiling water with bleach and scrubbed it with more hot water and bleach. It is challenging to use since the balls are really not large enough for a good massage, though it worked on some areas better than others, e.g., arms and thighs. Otherwise, the handles are too flexible and tend to slip when you are trying to bear down to get to the balls.Good idea, but poor execution.

No more stiff neck
Love it! I’m at a computer all day and it really helps loosen tight neck and solders.

What a piece of junk
***Updated review to 3 stars simply for great customer service, because seller reached out to see If they can make things right. Product still not recommended, but customer service if great!Flimsy, too lightweight to provide any adequate pressure without potentially breaking it. Garbage.
