I have my phone on the loudest setting but it's not loud at all. They fit lovely in the ear though. Will be sending them back as they are alot of money for what they do

They work really well and they're easy to use. Good battery too. Previously ordered similar earphones from another seller and was disappointed.. these earphones are fabulous instead!!

The package was posted & received with in a couple of days of ordering. I am very happy with my purchase. I have very small ear canals & was very glad that the smaller size buds actually fitted inside my ear. The sound quality is very good. I was expecting an ok sound coming from the headphones but discovered it was much better than my other headphones i had. They are also very easy to to pair up with a Bluetooth device. Very very happy I got these.

I was thoroughly impressed with the TWS. The packaging was incredible, the build quality is top notch, and an amazing set of features for the price even if the price was twice as high. Wireless charging, IPX6 waterproofing, high quality 8mm sound driver, and bluetooth v5.0 are just a few of the high end features the TWS's have to offer.Pairing them with my phone was too easy. All you have to do is take them out of the charging case and they are ready for pairing( just a quick note make sure you choose TWS, the right earbud is the primary). The bluetooth v5.0 mean they have a stronger connection and longer distance. I can leave them in my backpack and I am still connected up to 30 feet away. The clarity of the highs and the richness of the bass are of the quality level of the highest end earbuds. I have personally taken these into the shower, I wasn't actually showering at the time, both of the earbuds and the case itself are extremely water resistance. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could use my TWS's for a little over four hours and the charging case is good for four full recharges of the earbuds. Finally, I have to say the wireless chargeable case is very handy. I can set my phone and earbud case on my charging pad and I'm good to go. If you have never used wireless charging, you need to. All in all for the price I could not find a better earbud on the market.

These bluetooth ear phones are fantastic. They are the fourth pair of bluetooth headphones I have bought, in an attempt to save money, I should have realised, all the others have been rubbish for one reason or another. These are so easy to use, the instructions are minimal, there is virtually nothing to know or do, they do it all for you. Sound quality is great, the feel and quality of them is superb. The only thing I would have like to have seen is something to wrap around your ear, I'm not sure you could jog or exercise with these, they are fine for sitting, walking, travelling etc. but I wouldn't jog in them, especially at the price. Thoroughly recomend.

These headphones are superb. The clarity of the sound is wonderful from such small items and, despite my initial worries, the microphone works incredibly well without any apparent echoing during phone calls. The battery life is relatively limited but is fine for phone calls and an average time listening to music. The recharge time is extremely fast and therefore the music can resume after only a short period of time. I find the headphones to be very comfortable and am happy to wear them for hours when expecting a call while busy doing other items. I am extremely please that I decided to buy the genuine article rather than go for one of the cheaper alternatives.

First thing I noticed was the look and feel of these earbuds give off a quality built product.After inserting them into my ear and rotating them into place, they felt very secure. Both earbuds proceed to tell you that they connect to each other as a pair and once syncd via Bluetooth to your phone, will say Device Connected. When you put the earbuds back in the case they automatically disconnect from your device and turn off to be charged.As far as sound, there is a great balance between bass and all around sound quality. If I had to rate the sound quality, I would say it’s between a skull candy bass earbuds and Dre Beats ear bud.The case itself being a charger is awesome,the Vendor was also very proactive in making sure everything was working properly and that there were no issues.Overall I’m very impressed with these earbuds at such a great price. Definitely worth the money.

Love them. No, they aren't the worlds best headphones from a sound perspective. The bass is low and they certainly have a mid-high frequency bias. That said, for what I want wire-free headphone for, they are fabulous. For excercising, commuting, taking conference calls, watching crap TV on my phone they are utterly perfect. I chose them primarily because they were in-ear and totally wire free. My last pair of in-ear Bluetooth headphones had a joining wire around the back of the neck. This used to get caught on my tshirts and pull them out painfully when I turned my head.
