ST2 (Two-Pack) StripBoard, Uncut Strips, 1 Sided PCB, Size 2 = 100 x 80mm (3.94 x 3.15in)

I ran out of Veraboards and decided to give these a try. These ST2 boards are good quality. The holes are clean and the traces are wide. If you are used to Veraboards, be aware that the number of rows/cols is slightly different.

Thick which is probably a good attribute, but also makes it a little harder to snap. I ended up just using a chisel and hammer to weaken the row after the size I needed and that works pretty well. I recently purchased a cheaper brand and it’s quite a bit thinner and easier to manipulate so I guess it depends what you’re looking for…it does hold up well to soldering and the strip side I’ve had no issues.

These are well made stripboards, much stiffer than some others. The copper strips are firmly attached to the boards, and don't tend to lift at the ends of the strips when soldering, unlike other boards I've used. Some cleanup with a soldering wick didn't damage the copper traces at all. I did have to score the boards quite a lot to be able to snap them apart to the size I needed, and the hardness of the boards requires a pretty strong and sharp drill bit to drill standoff or mounting holes or make breaks in the copper traces. These boards absolutely do not warp, and they don't flex if you have to press something into a socket or header.These are definitely the boards I'll buy in the future.

Very good construction quality. Holes are uniform and properly aligned. I wish it didn't have the corner holes, but I'm trimming the boards down anyway, so no big deal. There are cheaper ones out there, but they are not as well made. Will buy again.

Great stripboard for the price! None of the holes were messed up like some other stripboards i've purchased. I love these.
