Wonderful Herb for Female Health
I use Lady’s Mantle as an Herbal Tea. Put teaspoon of Herbs in cup add Boiling Water (NOT Microwaved) and let steep for 20 minutes. Then I add 1 dropper full of Shepherd's Purse Tincture to it.
