Soooo happy! Started taking the pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto 3 weeks ago. I saw an immediate reduction of hair fall in the first week and even more after 3 weeks. Things to note: I have PCOS and am in perimenopause. I have had progressively thinning hair for years. It got bad in the last 12-18 months. I am hopeful for new growth in the next few months.
