I bought these to keep track of our rental properties. I like them a lot.....the information that is gathered on the outside of the envelope is great to give to my accountant, but I wish they were a little bigger. I use one for each rental property and it includes the key to the property so that when I go to a particular property, I just pull the envelope and I have everything I need....the key, the envelope for receipts, and an effective way to capture what receipts are for and the mileage.

these are the best way I have found to keep record in one place. I use one per month for expenses and mileage.

I almost didn't buy these!! I am so glad I did! They hold up perfectly for what I wanted them for. I can put all my business expense receipts inside to keep them safe and write on the front what receipts are inside, when Im done with them and they are full I can seal them to keep everything inside. I can use one envelope for each month or one envelope for multiple months, either way, they work great!! I don't use the milage part because I have a milage book, but I use everything else! I am really happy with these envelopes!! I already have them saved in my cart to purchase again.
