LETSCOM Fitness Tracker HR, Bluetooth Fitness Watch

The Letscom ID115HR fitness tracker is one of my favourite fitness trackers I have bought, even when compared to other brands, like Nuband which cost much more money than one of these.The product is well packed when arrived and packaged exactly the same as the ID115 (which is the dark blue one in the pictures). In fact, the only difference between the two products is the heart rate sensor, which I will get to later. The only difference with the ones I have is the colours. On that note, the green colour is more turquoise to me. It is a nice colour that stands out and, to me, looks really good.The build quality is exactly what you would expect with a product at this price and more. The build quality would be more than acceptable if this product was twice as expensive as it actually is. It is comfortable to wear and very light, which is good because you almost forget you are wearing it if you aren't using it. Which is important, especially if you want to take advantage of the sleep tracker at night.Which brings me to the sleep tracker. You can't actually see how you slept on the device itself, you have to check the app on your phone. It seems to be accurate and the app presents the data in a way that can be easily understood and also syncs the data to Apple Health, if you have an iPhone, just like an Apple Watch.The heart rate tracker on this version is what sets it out from the ID115. It is a really good feature and something I would defiantly recommend using if you want to see your health data in more detail. It is accurate and, again, syncs to the app, VeryFitPro and also Apple Health, which gives you additional information like. your resting heart rate and also presents the data in the form of a graph. The device checks your heart rate automatically every ten or so minutes, the little sensor flashes which shows it is measuring the heart rate. You don't even notice this though when you are wearing it. You can also measure your heart rate at any time on the device, even without your phone and the data will synchronise to your phone when it next connects.Battery life; The device takes around an hour to charge, as stated by Letscom. When charged, you will get a good few days of use out of the device before having to charge it again. I would say the battery life doesn't seem as good as the ID115, this is most likely down to the heart rate sensor, but you will still get a few days use out of the device, which is perfectly acceptable.The display is OLED which is good because you don't get a weird backlight affect when you look at it at night. Only thing I would say, just like the ID115, the screen doesn't get very bright. You do find yourself shielding the screen from sunlight during the day if you are outside. However, it is bearable and considering the price, not an issue for me.You also get notifications, like text messages on the device which is useful and can also set all sorts of alarms on it which is useful for me and it also reminds you to stand up if you have been sitting down too long, this can be customised in the app. You also get a step target which tells you when you hit your daily goal. The screen also turns on by itself when you look at it which is very helpful.Overall, this product is fantastic value for money. It is accurate, well built and a really nice product to use. I 100% recommend it if you are looking for a fitness tracker, but don't want to spend huge amounts of money.

I thought the fitness tracker was brilliant for my daughter, until it has stopped working 2 month after we recieved it. I emailed Letscom direct, who were very helpful, I tried their suggestions but it still didn’t work, so they sent me out a replacement. My daughter is thrilled. It really is a fantastic watch for the price. Just hope this one lasts 🙏

This product upon first glance was exactly what I had hoped when ordering. It worked how I wanted it to and did exactly what it said in the manual. However after 6 hours it decided to become unresponsive to my touch and wouldn't light up the screen. I then thought I would restart the system using the app as that was what was recommended it if became unresponsive. However when this happened it turned off the system, presumably to restart but never turned back on. I have since then tried charging it to see if it had died, no prevail. Tried pairing again, no prevail. Nothing else I have tried works. Will be returning and I hope I just have a faulty product. I bought this because the reviews were all extremely positive so will try again because I believe it has the potential to be a very good product.

Had this a few weeks now and there is a fault with the battery. States battery life is 3 - 5 days, i was lucky to get 3 days out of the first few charges and now i am lucky to get 2 days of battery. Also i am not convinced by the sleep tracker. Stating i have deep sleep when i have been wide awake. I am also not convinced by the pedometer, pretty sure it measures steps when i have not moved from my desk, i guess it picks up on arms movement a bit too easily. Contacted Amazon going to return and look at getting a better fitness watch.

This is a good for the price and it worked well for about a year however recently it’s not been syncing to the phone which means that the time is wrong (by hours) which is frustrating. Maybe it’s the mobile app, not sure. Loved the colour and it looks good. The style of strap wasn’t completely to my taste - I fiddle with things and the style of clasp would sometimes come off - but that’s me rather than the quality - if you don’t fiddle with watches then you will be fine.

Really liked the size and design of the tracker, and the option of several different strap colours, but trying to access and read the info was really hard work by pushing the small button on the screen which I found quite frustrating. Having had a fitbit, much more expensive at £100 approx, but at least I could see the time automatically and much easier to access the calorie, steps etc info. So unfortunately the tracker was returned.

I bought this item for my daughter for her birthday. After a few months it ceased to work so after some to-ing and fro-ing of communication with the seller, we were asked to send it to them. We did just that and never heard anything back from them. We no longer have the item we paid for. This was months ago. Beyond disappointed.

Bought this for my daughter and it fits the bill perfectly. A great little tracker. After 13mths it stopped working BUT a quick chat with a LETSCOM representative and an additional FREE 12mty warranty meant that a replacement is on its way! Fantastic service from LETSCOM - wholeheartedly recommend them
