More secure and more room than threaded J-hook bolts
I love these. My tool box only came with 2 J-hooks although there were 4 install holes. These also reduce the extra j-hook bolt length that protrude into the toolbox, now you just see the bolt head. The more broad connection of the anodized blocks are better at spreading out the grip load on the bed.The build quality is excellent. The bolts are nice and the blocks are well machined, no burs, and the bolts thread nicely into the blocks.

FITS 2ND GEN TACOMA!
After trying 3 different types of hooks to attach my toolbox to my tacoma, these finally fit! i hope Tacoma owners will read this and buy these before anything else.

Fits a 07 Toyota Tacoma!
Made this purchase as to install a (Better Built) tool box on a 07 Toyota Tacoma, since (Better Built's universal non-drilling mounting kit) was non-compatible with the 05-11 Toyota's bed railing system. The J-hooks worked nicely, hooking on to the railing system through the existing holes within the tool box and fastening the tool box on to the truck firmly without the need for drilling.

Fit perfect on my Nissan Titan with Utilitrack
These fit right into my Nissan Titan truck bed. I was skeptical that it would fit with my UtiliTrack installed all the way around my bed. It fit into the grooves just right and had no issues. It keeps my toolbox secured and I have no issues with it at all. It would also fit nice and snug under the bed if I didn't have the UtiliTrack system.

Way better J hooks
I bought a UWS tool box for my truck. The supplied J hooks became loose after only a week. Not happy that they didn't stay tight on my $560 box. These hooks fixed the problem. They stayed tight after hours of rough dirt road driving and beyond. I recommend using these to protect your toolbox investment. These hooks cover more surface area for a more secured fit and are thicker bolts than the supplied J hooks. Totally worth the $10.

PERFECT for mounting a toolbox in a 2007 Tacoma
If you own a Toyota pick-up with a rail system and are planning on installing a toolbox, you owe it too yourself to pick up some of these. The clamp fits in the rails nicely and they hold securely. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I wouldEdited to add: I did buy 2 sets, since it's cheaper than buying the 4pc set

Great alternative to drilling holes in your truck bed!
I used these for about two days before i sold the toolbox and the truck. I will say its is a heck of a lot easier than drilling holes in your truck bed! Both parts of these items seemed sturdy and held the box down great! I used them on a weatherguard cross bed saddle box and had zero issues.

Excellent
After losing the parts that came with my toolbox I ordered these and they work great, although, I could have just drilled into the bed of the truck.. Anyways, I used (2) of these and the toolbox doesn't move at all.

J Hook System
These are an excellent product for anyone who does not want to drill holes im the actual truck box top and they are every bit as fast and easy to install as regular bolts. Five star product...

As described.
Will not work for newer Ram trucks. It will not clear the plastic bed rail cover to grab on the metal bed rail. You can tighten it to bend the plastic but I opted to replace and get J-bolts.

They work
I like these tie downs. The color was not a factor.Pro: easy to use/install on my home-made tonneau cover (plywood).Cons: the ad did not say how long the bolts were so I just took a chance. As it turned out, I had to buy longer bolts for my application. I can't recall how long the factory bolts were but I needed an extra inch to use on my truck with 3/8" plywood cover.
