great food. My dog is only 9 lbs so he eats a small amount. But it is a great food. It smells fresh and looks great. The texture is good.

My dogs and cats are on a raw diet and eat all different types of mixes every day. They have hearty appetites and are not very picky.This food is an exception. As a meal they wouldn't touch it.Since I purchased two bags and don't like waste, I tried using it as a topper. Unfortunately any food this mix touches ends up in the garbage since my guys get totally turned off.This mix seems inedible, even for furbabies who like to eat. :-(My two dogs and two cats give this food 16 paws down. 👎⬇️👎⬇️

My dogs have been spoiled with human food which I know is bad..but they refuse to eat any of the organic canned food or dehydrated food. It has has the same things, either chicken,turkey,beef,livers,lamb. They've gotten tired of it all and will literally refuse to eat anything at all. Well I've tried numerous brands with different mixes and meats to no avail..This however had them as soon as I opened the package. They knew it wasn't the same ole stuff and were actually interested in what I was mixing. I made each of my 4 pups a bowl and they LOVED IT! I'm thrilled to death that I finally found something they liked. Plus i love the strict standards this company keeps. Cruelty free which is the biggest reason i even tried this. Dogs need meat in their diet. The same old boring dry food isn't a good way to go in my opinion..not for my crew anyways. I have a lab named Bailey, a Chinese Shar Pei named Buddy, a Boxer mix named Maximus, and a Rat Terrier named Sweet P. They are all very different beings ,but the reaction was unanimous . They all ate every last speck. I recorded their reactions and them eating,but I can't get it to load. I will figure it out and post the video. It's just too cute not to. Thanks so much for the great product you make. I will be purchasing every variety you make ,now, and stay subscribed to get it every month.

I love this companies did food!! One of the very best out there and low fat plus my dogs love it, however, I wasn't as happy with this product. It was clumpy like it was old and,overall, it didn't work well with the dog food. I felt like I wasted my hard earned money. The 2nd bag is being donated.

I didn’t realize this dog food is granular. I assumed it was kibble type food. I thought the Amazon truck ran over the bag. When I checked out the item on the Amazon site, sure enough, when you zoom in it’s obviously not kibble. Besides that, my dog won’t touch it and the resealable bag doesn’t reseal. I’m sure other dogs love it, just not mine.

I really love this product and my dog does even more! However, each time I've ordered the Kangaroo Outback Feast I've recieved the Country Chicken and Apples formula. I've contacted customer service each time and was refunded, which was great. The product is non returnable so all of my friends who have dogs that are not allergic to chicken have gotten a nice gift from me. As awesome as that is my dog still does not have the food that he needs. Great product, but the stocking issue has not been resolved after multiple tries over several weeks so I will go back to ordering from Chewy. And maybe keep ordering here for the free gifts for other's dogs...Removed a star only because of Amazon's stocking issue.

I have a very picky 1 1/2 year old Jack Russel Terrier. I have tried many foods, both wet and dry, and he would often just sniff his bowl and then walk away. Eventually he would eat, but we could not get him on a regular schedule, no matter what we did. When I came across Addiction on Amazon, I noticed the great ratings and reviews, and saw several comments about finicky little guys like mine who just loved it! I also liked the ingredients and concept, and decided to give it a try. I am happy to say that my pup absolutely loves it! He eats his whole meal every time now, and even licks his bowl afterwards. In fact, he gets really excited just seeing me get the box out of the cupboard, and fidgets around impatiently while waiting for it to fluff up. I've even heard a whimper or two of frustration lol. Although it hasn't been that long since he's been eating it- less than a month, I have noticed that his stools are not very runny anymore, and that he goes more regularly. His fur also seems softer. Overall, I am extremely pleased and will be trying all the flavors Addiction has to offer. It is such a great feeling to see my pup enjoying his meals and eating regularly. I highly recommend this!

I was wanting a dog food that is wholesome, the ingredients are something I would want for myself.lol. I like that I can make this into the consistency I best want for my dog. He loves the flavor. I add this rehydrated with his kibble as a topper. And my dog Harley, eats it well. His gut and coat are doing great. No issues with runny stools and his coat is shiny. I recommend it to everyone.I have the chicken apricot flavor, brushtail, and steak flavor.In regards to the hair, it doesn’t bother me as this is a “raw” like food. My dog is a GSW mix. And if he were in nature he would probably eat a prey animal with fur and all.
