Perfect Book for New Bakers!
“Super Simple Baking for Kids” has been a hit in our house! I love the instructional chapter—it makes it so easy to bake with my 8-year-old. The recipes are straightforward and fun, and there’s such a great variety. It’s been a perfect way for us to spend time together in the kitchen!

Great Little Recipe Book!
My 11 and 7 year old used it to make homemade bread! I appreciate how simple the recipes are, though I wish the directions were written a little more clearly. I love that now that we have a couple of staples (flour, yeast, canola oil, salt, etc.), there are 4 or 5 different bread based recipes we can try such as pretzels and different kinds of dough.

Great, simple cookbook for kids!
We love this cookbook! My 12 year old daughter has made the chocolate chip cookie recipe ALL BY HERSELF several times (one time she made 4 dozen for a party LOL) and they are delicious and easy to make. It's nice to find a kid's cookbook where the recipes are actually good and homemade and not just like "Take a tortilla..." The chocolate cake recipe is great too! She also made the meringues yesterday, which turned out well. We are looking forward to trying some of the other recipes in the book. Highly recommend!

Great for the beginner
Got this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it. Yes while some of the recipes are much like adult cookbooks, this one is hers and gives her confidence that she can do it because it is for kids. My only complaint is that there isn't great frosting recipes... many people don't have Greek yogurt in their pantries... or cream cheese. Simple frosting recipes would be best.

Update: love it so much I bought another for my daughters school fundraiser raffle basket on baking!Great recipes that are simple and delicious. It tells you how to do certain things or gives you tips for substitution. For example, one recipe called for buttermilk, which we didn’t have on hand. The book told us how to make buttermilk for the recipe. My daughter is 8 and loves this cookbook. :)
