I test Vitamin D deficient whenever I slack on my D3 supplements. My level dropped way out of range again (down to 8) as shown by blood test. The doctor wanted me to take a 50000 IU prescription pill 1x a week, but they make me feel sick. So instead I took one a day of this Frunutta 5000 IU strength D3 (or 5 of their 1000 IU dose as I bought those too). I retested about 4 months later, and my Vitamin D level was in the normal range at 32. Per my doctor, I’m staying on this dose daily and will continue to monitor my levels regularly as this is a recurring issue for me.Not everyone is the same, so it’s best to check with one’s own doctor on the dose and frequency as these are well above the recommended daily dose. Many doctors recommend 2000 IUs a day for adults and some recommend even less. These are great as they dissolve quickly under my tongue and are pleasant with just a lightly sweet taste (not bitter at all). While I assume it’s a small amount, these do have lactose from milk so those with true milk allergy may need to avoid. While I can’t ever gauge purity of a supplement, these lack filler and works great for me. 5 stars.

I stay up to date on taking D3 with this product. Easy to take and dissolves very quickly. Tablets are very small.

As someone who takes vitamins daily, I can attest that this product has solved many of my dislikes when it comes to vitamins as a whole. Frunutta has provided me, as a consumer, with a solution and my review is solely based on this purchase. As someone who has difficulty swallowing regular sized pills in any shape or size, these pills have saved me from all the grief. They are so tiny in size and dissolve under my tongue so rapidly. D3 flavor is tolerable and it goes unnoticed. It does not have a bad after taste and there is no water needed for consumption.PROS:- Dissolves under the tongue- Very tiny in size (Compared to other brands)- Packaging is very sturdy and durable- Frunutta has a very clean and crisp packagingCONS:- The seal to open the vitamins was a bit tough to remove, but that only ensured the freshness and safety of my product, so I guess it was okay.

My vitamin D level was very low for the last seven years, despite taking various brands of vitamin D.(I even had to take weekly regimen of prescribed 50 000iu for 2 months, several times..) 18 months ago, my doctor finally recommended me frunutta vitamin D (he is taking it himself) and since I started taking it, my level is now normal (still on the low side but normal). I highly recommend that product! Works well, taste good andso easy to take as it dissolves easily in the mouth!

I needed to take in vitamin D3 and i like the idea of this pill dissolving guickly. I dont of its effects just started taking it

Absorbs very well under tongue. I had no issues. It might take a few minute or more but just make sure your mouth isn’t dry and /or you drink water prior to so your mouth is wet enough to absorb the pill under your tongue. I’m starting to feel energized after 1 week.

If you need to take a Vitamin D Sup then this is the one. I hate taking pills but this one just goes under the tongue and a minute later is gone! It has no taste. They look very similar to dehydrated marshmallow bits that go in hot chocolate. Give them a try... Maybe not in hot chocolate but under the tongue!

I have been taking this form of vitamin D for a few months. I do not lack in sunshine I am always outside. It is an absorbing issue. This is the best form of vitamin D I have ever taken with my doctor approved analysis twice now. Vitamin D levels normalized and best of all I am sleeping really really well. Do not doubt this form of vitamin D my dr wanted to know what I was taking and I showed him the bottle... he was impressed. This is the best form I have ever taken with unbelievable results.
