The item arrived on time and was beautiful and soft, but unfortunately it has long gaps of missing hair on both sides of the piece and a space down the middle. I am disappointed. I have pictures attached.

Great phony pony!!
Great ponytail that is perfect for quick hairdo change that is easy. Needs occasion brushing during the day to keep perfect, but love this product.

About 14" long. Nice but will need to replace combs as they are bending. Needs washing a few times to get more natural sheen without extra shiny look.
