I use this for cooking and for salads. The flavor is mild and the price is good for organic olive oil.

Do not use gmo, go organic and glass bottles too.

This olive oil is excellent. I tried this organic type to see if I like it. It's flavor is delicious. I only use this oil when cooking. It brings out the flavor of any dish you cook or as part of a salad dressing. I cooked a meal for my family using this oil and they absolutely loved it. My Dad had seconds and said he would eat what I made again. That's a definite compliment from a very picky eater.

Since all of the good stuff is expensive right now - I'll not complain about that. It has a good taste especially using it to roast veggies. Has been easy to cook with. The new hot thing seems to be unfiltered olive oil.

Oh my goodness! What a lovely Olive oil. We like taking fresh green beans, drizzling olive oil on them, shaking them up, and then adding onion, tomato, and spices, placing them in the microwave, and then eating them all up! This olive oil leaves no after taste, just full enjoyment in knowing that your green beans are going to attach themselves to bad cholesterol and remove it from your body like medical healing!

I thought this would be Italian olive oil solely from Italy.It’s a mix from different countries.There are also expiration date issues with this product. Hopefully they’ll be able to fix that.But I prefer an oil from one origin. Not a mix where you’re not even sure what you’re getting.The labeling on this is misleading.
