Good Idea if you are less than 6'3"
I thought it would work for me but it caused a little crowdedness. I was more comfortable just putting my foor up against the floor board. This pedal took a few too many inches away so my leg was always bent. Other than that it would be great. Simple install. I returned mine only because of the height issue. Mine that is.

Bent after less than a month
I haven’t had this pedal for even a month, and somehow, it is already bent. The picture actually shows after I tried to straighten it out some, in place. I never put any real pressure on the foot rest, so It must’ve taken just taken one good push. The middle section is just too weak, where all of the slats are. Not a happy jeeper.

I would advise anybody that is looking for a foot rest to get this one easy to install.
This is a great little add-on product it really helps my foot now. I like to rest my foot and easy to install took less than five minutes

This item must fixed in your JL ,,, without it , it realy feels like there is something missing ,,, i loved it

Poor quality foot rest!!
The foot rest has bent after install. Poorly made. Foot rest needs heavier gauge steel and additional reinforcing.
