Good but not great
This fits well, has a good battery life, and the sound quality is pretty good. I use this connected only to my office desk phone for conference calls. For the first several calls, everything worked great - the only issue I had was that if someone called me directly and I had the headset connected, they couldn't hear me. Me calling someone with the headset connected (like calling into the conference calls) worked fine. Now, people just can't hear me regardless. I've never muted my audio from the headset - I only mute from my desk phone itself. Thankfully, I only listen in on most of my conference calls, so I don't need the microphone. However, it is a little disappointing that the microphone didn't seem to last very long.

Junk - Keep looking for a better product. This one sucks.
I purchased this as a backup in case i lost my other Bluetooth, Well several months later I had to start using it. The quality of build is Poor and the Audio sucks! The people on the other side can barely hear you.I tried to keep using it to get my moneys worth but it stopped working very quickly. If i hadn't waited so long to start using it i would send it back... oh well...

It works just not as good as a Plantronics Voyager
Compared to Plantronics Voyager the sound is tinny and sharp, keeps disconnecting from phone. Material on exterior of device is hard plastic and it keeps making creaking noise when it shifts on my ear. It will not link to multiple devices. It does the job but could be better, think I'll return it and get the Plantronics again. If this is what fits your budget then it will do the job.

This met my expectations
I use this mostly for listening to audio books while on my daily walks, and it stays on my ear well. It does "cut out" occasionally, when I carry my iphone on the opposite side of my body, but that's easy to remedy. I'm still working on how often I should charge it, but it appears to need it after only 2-3 hours.

AWEFUL! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Unless you'd rather hear the background noises only!!
Picks up more background noise than it does your voice. Extremely irritating. Contacted manufacturer and was told it is not a noise cancelling device. I did a lot of research and I know it was advertised that it canceled out background noise. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Echo for recipient caller.
I have been having complaints from callers that they can hear an echo of their voice while talking to me as well as me sounding far away or on speaker phone. I don't hear anything weird on my end but the caller is having issues. We have tested calling phone without the headset and then switched to the headset and only have issues when using the headset. I am not going to be able to use this as I can't have customers complaining about the sound quality.

Turns on by itself
Instead of a long press to turn it on, it has a one click button that’s far too easy to press. Can’t even keep it in my shirt pocket without it turning on spontaneously.

sound quality was pretty good but kept disconnecting from BLuetooth
I liked the comfort of the ear piece ad sound quality. However the case it comes in, does not self charge like others and every now and then during a conversation it would disconnect from bluetooth and when i pushed the button to reconnect it would hang up.
