well packaged, easy to put together, worked as advertised

I bought this lamp for my teenager's room. About 7 weeks after the purchase, the charging port stopped working. A week later the lamp stopped working altogether.About 2 months after purchasing the lamp, the seller sent me an email inquiring about the product. When I told the seller that the charging port had stopped working as well as the lamp, the seller offered to send a replacement (I did not ask for one) despite being outside the return window. Within a week I had the replacement lamp which works just fine and has not had the same issues as the first lamp did. The seller also sent an email following up on the replacement lamp. Great customer service.The product only got 4 stars since the first one did not work out, but the seller and the replacement lamps are both 5 stars.When a seller backs its product, all the risk is taken out of the purchase. I would recommend this product and also the seller.

I suffer from migraines and sinus headaches, so sometime this fluorescent lighting isn't the best to work by. My daughter originally ordered this lamp for her college work area at home and I thought wow, it puts off a decent amount of light. Fast forward to a horrible headache day, when I just wanted to shut all the lights off in my office, but how would I see. Then it hit me and I remembered this lamp, and placed an order immediately. Setup is nothing once I figured out how to get the cord from out the middle of the shade, then flip the shade over, screw in the included LED bulb (how awesome is that), and instant headache relief!!

I love the look of the lamp. Very sleek and modern. When it comes to functionality there seems to be a flaw. It has USB ports for charging devices however the devices do not charge unless the lamp is on. So leaving your smartwatch, wireless ear buds, anything plugged in does nothing if the light is turned off. Big bummer. At first I thought it was the smart power strip I was using because at one point it just stopped turning on entirely. Plugged it into the wall port and the light turns on again but the devices still won't charge if the light is turned off.

I ordered the "Lifeholder USB Table Lamp with Warm White LED Bulb" on a Lightning Deal and just got it today. It was easy to assemble, it looks nice, the AC outlet and USB ports worked, but it didn't come with the promised light bulb, which is why I knocked it down a star.I'm not too upset about this, as I planned on putting a Hue white bulb in it anyway (which works fine, as the photo shows), but it may be a big deal to other people. A lamp without a bulb isn't very illuminating.

I bought 2 of these lamps and I love almost everything about them. The only flaw is that they don’t give off enough light for reading. They’re bedside lamps so that *does* matter, but not enough to be a deal/breaker for me. I have a separate reading lamp attached to my headboard so maybe I don’t notice it as much as I would it I relied on these lamps for reading. Still, they’re cute and I do like the convenience of having multiple USB ports and an additional plug. For the price, I feel they were a good buy. If you’re looking for reading lamps however, you won’t be too happy with these.

I loved this little lamp. Perfect for my small make up table/desk area. Casts a nice quiet light for reading, but if you want a bright light this is not it. I bought it because It wassmall but had an electrical outlet and 2 USB charging ports. Perfect! Unfortunately neither of the charging ports work. HUGE disappointment.UPDATE: the seller contacted me and is sending a replacement lamp since the ports did not work. I have not received it yet but they were very attentive and vowed to make it right. If I receive it and the ports work then this will be a 5 star rating with extra points for excellent customer service!Addendum: I received a replacement light yesterday. It works perfectly! Their customer service is outstanding, and they made my order right. Upping my review to 5 stars!!

I've had this little lamp for a couple of weeks. It's very nice and works for my needs which is to act as an accent lamp in a dimly lit room. It's very useful to have the the outlets (standard and USB). I've used this feature a few times now without any problem. The price was okay. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars yet is because I want to see how long this slightly pricey little lamp will hold up.
