No diamonte on top
Its ok but there are no diamonte on too of lid as advertised in picture l bought one from another company that had the diamonte stones and it was cheaper Should hav sent it back but never got round to it

Honestly, I thought it was metal. It's true what they say: it seems the gems which were supposed to be at the front have been removed or something but it does not look that bad and know what, my patients like it!
