This thing kick's butt
This Ridge Washer moves very easily in ANY direction and that's even using one hand. After using a 20" rotary surface cleaner for a large section, then I use the Ridge Washer to push all the dirt off the driveway that the surface cleaner lifted up. If there's a spot I missed, then I just lift up the handle to pivot the 4 spray nozzles down on the spot. At the end of the day, I switched back to the single sprayer and was shocked at how small an area it sprays. I just got comfortable with the 4 spray nozzle Ridge Washer within minutes and never looked back. I don't know how I did without it before, but I will use this all the time now. Great product and very durable.

Works well for sidewalks
It makes the pressure stronger. So be cautious when you operate for the first time.

good to use if you know the limitations
Think of this as only a water broom, not really a surface cleaner, and keep your expectations in line with that, and you will be pleased.I have a separate 21 inch circular surface cleaner with the rotating wands that does the cleaning on the concrete with my 4200 psi pressure cleaner.I use this just to easily move the loose dirt, mud, leaves, etc. and it works quite well for that.

Not good…don’t waste your money.
Don’t bother. Might be good to rinse things but does a terrible job power washing. When cleaning concrete around my pool I had to go over areas several times and it still wasn’t clean. I switched back to the original tip from the power washer and it cleaned better and quicker.

A good compliment tool
If you're buying this thinking it'll make your pressure washing job faster... no. You want a surface cleaner attachment for that. This water broom doesn't line up perfectly to presurewash with - you'd have to go over many time to get all the streaks out.This works really well in combination with a surface cleaner attachment as you can use it to sweep the excess water away if you don't have a shopvac or you can use it as a "pre-clean" before hitting it with the surface cleaner.I don't regret this purchase, but I could see how many would if they ONLY bought this attachment to make the job go faster.

Compact Surface Cleaner
Easy to set/up and maneuver. The swivel wheels give you the flexibility to keep your project moving. This is a great tool to have, but it is not a substitute for a circular surface cleaner.

Worked great the first time then not so much.
The media could not be loaded. I was very skeptical of this product as I read a lot of bad reviews on similar items. I have a Honda 2600 psi power washer and my decks needed a good scrubbing. It takes forever using one spray head and if you get to close you cut the wood and I always get to close. This does a very nice and even job my only concern was the far left spray head started to spray at a different angle after an hour but maybe it just needs an adjustment. I also bought a 33' inch extension rod that made using it a lot easier- no bending over.After using this a few times it basically stopped working. I took it apart and cleaned the nozzles ,3 of them worked alright but the 4th one just wouldn't spray anymore??I have taken it apart now several times but it has never worked again like when it was new.

Theory is good but doesn't work properly
Brand new out of the box, one of the jets is not working and it cant be taken apart to check or replace.total waste of money,
