Do Your Homework
This signal booster is working great! It took the signal in my office from one bar with spotty and dropped calls to four to five bars. The only down side is that it took me three tries to get the right booster, even with the advise from customer service. You need to be sure what frequencies and band you service is working on and exactly where the nearest cell tower is that they are transmitting from. I ended up using cellmapper dot net to find my nearest tower and what frequencies and band it works on. I also found out how to put my phone into field mode which verified this info.My service provider is T-MobileFreq Band Indicator 2Download Frequency 1000Upload Frequency 19000Bottom line, there are allot of variables, but once you get the right configuration, it does work. And I was pleased with the customer service response time.

Works great if within 5 ft of the indoor antenna
First, my background is Electrical Engineering. This device works, but the interior signal drops off very rapidly. About 10 feet, and forget about getting through a wall. Flipped the interior antenna upside down and that helped, but only slightly. The exterior antenna is about 40 feet off the ground on the roof. I get a great signal on the cell phone in that location, but it's a little inconvenient to climb on the roof to make calls. The device should be getting a great signal into the amplifier, but just can't get any reasonable interior coverage. Plan on about 10 sq. feet of coverage. Will continue to play with the unit and update this as needed.

did not boost data appreciably
Hooked it up and installed outdoor antenna. No problems there.Where as, I would normally get 1-2 bars in my home, after boosting, I got 4 bars! However, while it did boost my data a little, it didn't appreciably boost it enough to make a significant impact on data rates. I was still only at 1.2kbps after boosting. Better than nothing but unfortunately not enough to stream video or even audio. The improvements came when my cell phone was in the same room as the box antenna. The indoor antenna didn't seem effective in the next room (the box antenna). All in all, I didn't get the data boost I wanted and I only got improvements when in the same room as the antenna. So, I can say that it generally worked, but not good enough for me.Maybe I'll try a different indoor antenna.A bit of a hassle to set this up because you have to get the antenna on a high place in the home.Decided to return it. And it was hassle to package the thing up again. (not negative marks for installation and re-packaging; it's expected).I can't say the in ability to boost data rates effectively was the fault of the HW. It may just be my proximity. However, the indoor antenna is certainly inadequate to cover my home. (negative marks for that).

It works great!
We installed this in my sister-in-law's house. Her house is wrapped in foil coated insulation and gets very poor signal reception even though the AT&T cell tower is only 5 miles away. I installed the outside antenna up in the attic and used the LTE Discovery app on my Android phone to point the antenna. I put the indoor antenna in her den/TV room, which is pretty much the center of the house. The two antennas are vertically separated by about 15 ft and distance separated by about 25 ft. She can now roam the entire inside of her house and not drop the call. Before she had to stay near a window or go outside for a reliable connection.

Do not buy! Waist of money!
Installed booster by following instructions. After installation absolutely no signal boost what so ever. Tried directions north south east and west and in between no signal boost. Downloaded app to find closest towers pointed antenna in that direction no gain at all. Checked cell channel which was channel 13 still never gained any signal. Called for support everything was hooked up and done correctly still no gain. Boxed up and sent back today. Would love to have information on a signal booster that actually works!

Don't waste your money
This is nothing more than a box with blinking lights. It does not amplify anything. It produces zero rf power so therefore it can't amplify a signal of any sort. I tested mine with a professional RF service monitor and spectrum analyzer and found this item to be nothing more than junk. Waste of 300 dollars. Most of the connectors fell off the cabling and had to be replaced and the inside antenna is just a foil gum wrapper in a piece of plastic.

I should've bought this thing YEARS ago!!
Im so incredibly happy with this signal booster! I live in a house that was built in the 60s and although I have 4-5 bars of service on my front porch, as soon as I would go in my bedroom (or anywhere other than the livingroom), my service would drop to 1... barely working. I'd miss phone calls all the time because my phone wouldn't ring and was constantly toggling airplane mode trying to get my phone to reconnect to the right tower. And trying to MAKE a phone call?? Forget it- wasn't happening! NOT ANYMORE!! I consistently get 4 bars of service (or better) and video and phone calls are better than they are outside! Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and MovieFlix- ALL DAY!! I was so worried that I was gonna waste my money and that this booster would not work for me, but I did my research and made sure i was buying one with the correct band and I couldn't be happier! I should've bought this thing YEARS ago! Would've saved me such a headache!!
