Fashionable, affordable and functional. I am 5'2 and it is a great length. I used it for our international trip and it helped me stay dry when it was raining, and also kept me warm. I look so pretty and comfortable in it. Perfect length. I'm 5'1. I look like it's tailored for me. I have a waistline. It is not cloth. But it will be getting wet and water should just run off it. Perfect !

The yellow is very translucent and the striped lining fabric shows through easily, even at a distance. It seems like a nice enough raincoat and is true to size but I hate how it looks - I wish I had gotten the darker blue instead. Alas, the sale is over so I think I'll just be returning this.
