Horrible product
I bought this headset thinking it's the new and improved 4.1 which is an awesome headset. This headset is very low quality! I can barely hear the caller with volume at its highest setting and everyone o talked said my voice was very muffled and couldn't understand me. I can't understand how your newer model is completely opposite. Not happy!

No one can hear me
I have owned this headset for about 6 months. I have tried everything to make it work but I am giving up. I can hear conversations just fine, BUT the person on the other end cannot hear me. They say I sound soft, faint, in a tunnel, etc. etc. I have made every volume adjustment possible and nothing helps. If this is the latest and greatest from MPOW I will be buying another brand.

Great Bluetooth headset for the price
I've owned a few of these MPow headsets and they all have worked well.They work great in the car or even when riding a bike.

Volume not clear enough, mono audio affects ear
I bought this one because it says the ear pad its bigger than the similar same brand (newest model), but its same size, the mono audio affects my ear and the volume it's not good enough to listen calls clearly. It will be great if mpow creates a headset with a pad that covers the entire ear, and a flexible boom mic.

Older version more reliable
Not as good as other version from the same company. I can hear people just fine but they complain that my audio goes in and out.

Works OK
Had to stop using after a couple days as people on other end complained of too much feedback noise. Also, they said I sounded like I was in a tunnel, and volume would fluctuate randomly. Going back to my wired headset.7/12/2019 update: updating rating for good customer service. They sent me a replacement unit that works fine. It is a newer model though.

Noise cancellation almost to good.
It's lightweight & comfortable. Have not had any problems hearing or being heard, but sometimes when listening to my voice messages, it's like the noise cancelling kicks in so I can barely hear them. Luck it doesn't happen that often and only with my voice mail.

Good, but didn’t fit my need
Heavy when compared with my wired set. It could be due to battery.Couldn’t connect to laptop
