It's real handy tool to keep in your tool box for that nail that just will not come out.
It's does what it was made for well, its strong, not to heavy, and pulls out those really awkward nails easily.

Very good bar, best I've found
Very good bar, best I've found.I've used several nail bars in the past and this by far is the best one to date, only down side for me was the soft grip, it made it difficult to put in and out my pouch, so I end up cutting it off, but that's all personal preference, if it means anything I'm a carpenter.

More effective than I thought possible!
I'm replacing the cladding and sheathing on our house. After hours of swearing and struggling with several crowbars yesterday, even resorting to slicing the heads off some of the nails with an angle grinder I thought I'd give this a go...Better than I thought possible. I'm only using the 9" one and just almost-effortlessly pulled twenty-something 60+ year old nails out from flush in plywood with minimal damage!

Not better than amazon brand
Looks and feels promising. I bought it to prove my point to another carpenter at work who was aiming to ger set of 3 amazon branded bars for half the cost. I took a Mickey of him for buying chip tools that do not last. And how wrong was I. We agreed to use the bar for half a day, and each other's bar for the rest of the day. At the end of each term we compared the state of the tools. After first half of the day both tools shown about the same sign of use. And nothing changed after the second half. The only thing that was changing is my face when i begun to realise that the metal in Eastwing was not better than in Amazon branded tool. I love Eastwing hummers and was hoping for the same quality in this tool. But i was wrong. Good for DIY jobs, but no good as a proffesional carpenter's bar. Got a Gorrila version of this bar. Testing for a week before reviewing. Lesson learned.
