Versatile, Sturdy, Adjustable, Deep/Wide Pocket
I've never really been the kind of man that wears an apron, but I seem to be finding more reasons to need one as I get older.I bought this apron primarily because I've been cooking more often, and it's been a great tool in the kitchen. The pockets are nice and wide so I'm able to organize all my cooking utensils or spices right there on my belly with some room to spare. It's a durable denim fabric, so you don't have to worry about any splashes seeping through. I'm 5'11 and the adjustable strap at it's tightest (hugging my neck) brings the apron just a couple inches above my knees. And also, as a man, I just feel badass wearing this apron. It makes me feel like the blacksmith of the kitchen.But aside from kitchen use, I've actually found other applications for this apron as well. It's nice to have on when you're giving your animals a bath. Also when I'm involved in a project that requires me to cut wood using a miter saw, the apron's a nice shield against the wood chips. I don't have a dishwasher either, so I'll wear it when I'm washing the dishes, too.I'd say maybe to incorporate some different styles in the future, in case someone would rather look cute than badass wearing these, but I'm totally digging it.

Awesome Professional Apron
I work as a barista and this apron is very professional looking. I also work catering on the side and this is dressy enough to work weddings.Very durable and washes well. I waited to give this review. I’ve had it over a month and have used it almost daily I’ve watched it at least five times and it still looks brand new.I’m plus size and this apron fits me very well. (Size 20).Highly recommend. I will buy from these people again. Thank you so much.

This apron is good looking yet made to cook! The fabric is durable. It has an adjustable strap around the neck. The waist strap is long. I wrap it around the back then bring it back to the front and tie it. The length is to my knees. I highly recommend!

Great design and comfort..I love it..I work as a sushi chef this apron got a many complement for the look and design..other chef want to buy one too..

Worth the buy but strong odors from the dye?
This apron by Blackdog is great for my first one! Material is sturdy and I can see that it will last a long time. It's professional looking. Only setback is the smell of the apron, I've already washed it a few times but there's chemical smell to it that makes it off putting.

wonderful apron, smells funny
I love this apron so much I bought a second one. It is comfortable and functional.But they have an usual scent about them, like sulphur or wool, maybe? What is that and how do I get rid of it? it lingers after washing.

You Don't Want it Near You
Had a terrible odor. Tried soaking overnight with strong detergent and whatever else I thought would help (it was a couple of months ago) to try to get rid of smell. Didn't work. I returned apron.
