Sturdy and well-designed
I don't always write reviews, but I had to rebut the reviewer who awarded this product two-stars based on a glance she had at it while at a shop. I use the #2 Bee House Ceramic brewer pretty much every day at work. It's heavy for its size, it's handle is sturdy and offers plenty of leverage for lifting it from the cup. The filters I buy (from Trader Joe's) fit in it without any hassle. It is easy to clean. It's also drawn a number of compliments from co-workers who make their own drip coffee from plastic drip cone brewers. Finally, the gap between the base and the cone makes it easy to tell how close the coffee is to the rim of the mug--though, once you get the hang of knowing how much water to use this feature doesn't matter quite as much. This is a very good little device, and it deserves the consideration of anyone wanting to buy a drip cone brewer.**UPDATE** I liked this product so much I bought an extra so I could keep one at work. Highly recommended.

Almost perfect coffee dripper
This is a great coffee dripper. I love the design and it works great. I only wish that it were slightly larger. Not so big as the large, which is too big for single person use, but a little wider base so that it would fit even my large mouth mugs without having to balance one side on a chopstick (or plastic knife or whatever else is handy). That's my only complaint. I use it daily and it does what it's supposed to do and it rinses clean without any coffee stains. I love that when my coffee is finished running through I can simply toss the filter in the trash, rinse it quickly, and leave it on the draining board.

Excellent for Making a Perfect Cup of Coffee
I can’t say enough about this Beehouse coffee maker. First of all, it is beautiful to look at. I got the white, and I love the pristine look of it and the smooth, polished feel. It also makes delicious coffee. I have a top of the line electronic espresso maker which makes great coffee, and this Beehouse makes a cup of coffee every bit as good. I wanted to get away from the complicated maintenance of my electronic espresso maker. This Beehouse dripper makes it super easy to make a delicious cup of coffee, and cleanup is a breeze. I just watched a couple of YouTube videos to learn how to use it. Making coffee with this Beehouse dripper is an art in itself, and I really enjoy making my coffee every morning. I highly recommend this.

Efficient, solid little pour over
I've had several pour over cone brewers, and I like this one best. I love being able to see the coffee through the vision hole so (in my sleep-deprived state) I can stop adding hot water BEFORE it overflows. The finger hold is convenient, and the extended base size allows the dripper to fit over almost any sized cup. All in all, it's the best porcelain pour over cone brewer I've used.Still, there are a couple of improvements that Bee House could make. The vision hole is a little small and it can be hard to see the coffee level, and the filter drains faster than the other drippers that I've used. This results in needing to use more grounds to get the same level of strength, but conversely you get to finish making the coffee faster.Flaws aside, all my other pour over brewers are collecting dust, so thumbs up Bee House's coffee dripper!

perfect!
I was thinking about whether to buy a coffee press, or a coffee maker, or a coffee dripper, then I found this little thing - it's beautiful and nicely designed:it fit for my cup;the two small holes of it make the nicely controlled the dripping speed - not fast, not slow;and it's portable - travel with it is convenient compared to coffee press, and a coffee machine;also it's easy to clean - just rinse it with running water!a #2 coffee filter might be needed - although it's 1 inch out of the dripper, I don't recommend you to buy #1 filters, because some comments from other website said #1 might not hold tight against the dripper that water might go between the filter and the dripper.

The bee house produces a clean cup of coffee with sweet and subtle flavors.
pour over coffee is basically drip coffee where you can fine tune all the variables i.e water temp, coffee dose, coffee bloom time, and extraction time to create an even extraction of coffee that produces a clean sweet cup. the extended brew time allows for the sweet and subtle flavors to emerge from the coffee in which you would not be able to tell with any regular coffee maker. the clarity in flavor makes the coffee fun and different to try and sweeter coffees from Ethiopia really shine in this dripper. the only short coming with this dripper is that its not really practical for making large volumes of coffee, its more of a cup to cup thing but preparing each cup only really takes 4-5 minutes. bottom line is its a nice way to try and experience the subtle flavors of coffee and i would defiantly recommend investing in a burr coffee grinder to bring out the best in your beans and enhance the experience and taste in your cup.

works well and easy to use
Wish it was a tiny bit bigger. It is very small and it is difficult to see in between the slats to see how much liquid you poured. Other than that I enjoy the coffee they make. They did not send the color I chose for some weird reason. Make certain to buy good coffee and to grind properly for the type of coffee you've chosen. That makes all the difference in the world.

Low-Tech, High Performance
The title of this review nearly says it all. This is a very low tech way to make absolutely terrific, smooth tasting fresh coffee.I am just amazed and very pleased at the results. The actual dripper is made of thick ceramic, so is quite durable. And for a small-house dweller like me, with little kitchen counter space, it is particularly practical because it stores in the cabinet and takes up no more spacethan a coffee cup.One tip---unless regularly brewing for several people, get the small size, which will allow you to exert better control over the pouring/brewing process. In any case, forget about those pricey Keurig-style brewers and wake up and smell the Bee House Dripper-made coffee!

Love it
Very good pour over method for beginners. I love it. The small size works for me because I like a small amount of coffee at a time.
