It's working fine I have lost 8lbs already

I've used this brand's other products most notably their collagen pills and I couldn't be happier with the results. Decided to try this detox to supplement recent dietary changes and so far I feel less bloated, less hungry (I have a sweet tooth and unhealthy food cravings, I believe these pills are assisting me with maintaining that under control), and even my skin and hair feels less greasy. I'm eating more fruits and veggies, drinking tons of water, and practicing mindful meditation daily. I think this wholesome combination, a positive outlook and a genuine desire to live a healthier life is key-- no single product will do the trick on its own, you have to put effort on all fronts for the very best results. Having said that, feel free to try this product, it is easy to swallow and doesn't leave any bitterness or cause any secondary effects like some other brands do, it works well for me and hopefully it will work well for you too. This product is a waste of money. I put a capsule in a glass of warm water and kept checking on it every 2 hours and remained the the same. Capsule didn’t even open. Just speaking from experience. A lot of people are buying this for weight loss/ cleanse. I’ve been doing a lot of research and my every morning weight loss trick is, 1/2 lemon 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar a splash of cayenne powder. Mix in a water bottle for easy shaking. Use warm water for better digestion. Went from 218 to 213 the first 7 days. But also followed by a healthy diet. You can also add a little honey to the drink for better flavor. Tastes a little bad at first but you’ll get use to it in 3 days. But it works fabulous 💪

I was having issues with releasing and this product helped. First week I did not see much \"movement\" but as I began to drink more water and as the product had time to work its way through my system it was nothing but smooth sailing after that. I am regular, I my stomach is not as bloated. I had no idea that when I ate certain foods that I had always eaten, that they may not be easily digested. This product helped me to figure that out... HONESTLY! I started comparing then and now with the only change being the pills. I am convinced that this has helped me with a minor issue. OH!! While my stomach is not bloated and gassy.. (?) it is flatter and fit. I will not use this product for all times because I feel that my body may not ever know what to do on its own, but when I feel that I need that extra help that drinking lots of water will not produce I will go back to this product. IF you have this issue then you KNOW what I mean. The only thing that I can say is to try a bottle, it is not that expensive, and if you do not like it, no harm done. BUT complete the bottle. I take 2 daily, morning and night, and I am happy with it.

No se que decirte exactamente, ni cómo empezar pero yo llevo ya un tiempito tomándolas y no quería hacer un comentario hasta que me llego un correo pidiéndolo… yo hace una semana presente un ardor y dolor muy fuerte en la boca de mi estomago, nunca me había pasado algo igual, yo estoy ahora que me da miedo comer o tomar alguna cosa que no sea natural hecho por mi o recetado. Yo luego dejé de tomar la pastilla por tres días a ver si se me paraba y fue exactamente así, después de los dos días no al tercer dejo de arder mi estomago, entonces volví porque creí que todo estaba bien y ese mismo día que empecé mi estomago empeoró más fueron noches terribles de mucho ardor y dolor, es como cuando te cortas y le echas alcohol a la herida, o tienes tanta hambre que tu estomago te quema.. ya dejé de tomarlas y gracias a Dios me siento tan bien, yo las estaba tomando como dice el pote, las intrusions, pero no te digo que no las compres, tú experiencial puede ser diferente a la mía, y ojo, nunca he sufrido del estomago, tengo 22 años y estoy gracias a Dios muy bien de salud, solo quería bajar 5 libras pero esta pastilla no me ayudo.

I found the Keto detox pills very effective in cleansing my digestive system of toxins and keeping me regular. I am not on a Keto diet per se, but tend to eat less carbs, more vegetables and protein. Unlike a laxative, there is no abdominal discomfort with this supplement and I have more energy too!

I purchased these detox pills because the reviews said good things and my normal semiannual cleanse gives me the runs. These capsules smell how they look, kinda woodsy. Fortunately they do not taste like anything and are easy to swallow. Probably 20 mins after taking my first pill I had to use the bathroom. But it was...normal to say the least. I’m now a week in and haven’t had any runs are anything. All solid. Feeling quite a bit better after my thanksgiving binging. Now, there’s nothing in these that make it specifically keto. It’s all ingredients that help you use the bathroom. That being said, if you’re starting a keto diet then these would be a great way to get that gunk out of your system without having explosive diarrhea. I think since it’s spread out over 30 days instead of the usual 7–14 it’s gentler on the system. Recommended.
