Exactly what I wanted. Great quality and style.

We have bought several of these electric salt and pepper mills over the years, and although they seem great to start with each of them has had several problems. They either stopped working or they have problems. However, refreshingly these seem to be different for once. The price is excellent and I certainly didn’t expect such quality, they are easy to use, use 2/3 of the batteries that most are there items of the same size use and have all the features of similar items that are twice the price. They are really stylish and really nice to use and look at and would be a great addition to any home. Really impressed with them so far. They include a light and a small adjustment underneath, so you can choose either fine or coarse grain. And they come in their own handy carry case which makes it easy to pass them around the table together. Highly recommended, as long as they last!

The electric salt and pepper grinder set feels sturdy and solid and I like the ability to alter the degree of coarseness. My only issue is that the pair I have you sometimes need a couple of goes when pressing the On button for them to start grinding. However this is not bad enough for me to return/replace them hence I am giving 4 stars for ease of use.

Had a similar pair of a different make for some years - this is a replacement. Good sized button on top is an advantage - previous one on the side, which was easy to push accidentally - especially by visitors. The holder is a nice addition keeps them together and they look neat both on the table and on a side table with other condiments.Battery compartment robust and clearly marked with polarities.When choosing what make I was going to buy I looked for good after sales service as I think this is important. Useful as it happens as one unit failed after a few days but a single email to the supplier produced an immediate apology and a new unit within 48 hours - no problem at all. Replacement is absolutely fine.Only minor criticism is that the twist joints of the grinder unit to the motor section and lid to the battery compartment are tight, which is obviously good in itself, but needs a little more assurance in the instructions that this is OK and is not a fault and a hard twist will not break it.Recommended.

Purchased this set in late 2023. As a product both dispensers work perfectly, easy to fill and install batteries (not had to change batteries yet and use dispensers everyday).Only issue I had was with one of the dispensers that had salt in it. The other had pepper. The salt, with it being moist, had turned part of some of the inside metal rusty.I was informed by the manufacturer to clean it more often, but also air dry it well. Despite this, the company sent me a new set of dispensers, which was excellent customer service. The response time to questions to the manufacturer was next day/within 24 hours, excellent. I would recommend this product.

Easy to adjust the size of the grains

These are so not what I was hoping!they rust,they won’t work,they smell of rusted metal,they clog up and the screws inside fell out into our food!do not waste your money

I’m happy I found a product that looks good, works good and uses batteries so it doesn't have to be constantly plugged in and charging. My previous ones ( from a different company) did hold bigger amount of pepper, but this one is great and storage is enough.

Hi. This product did not work at all for me. Unfortunately I couldn’t start a return process Bcz I tore the box before trying to use it. I even bought this item twice thinking that it may have just been one defective piece, but even the second one is defective in the same manner. Brand new batteries and it chooses when to work. And now it is completely dead. The second one I bought, I made sure to keep the box and I am in the process of returning it.
