Easy to follow instructions. All pieces were labeled well and easy to identify. My husband and I put them on our Jeep together but could probably be done individually. Went on very quickly, especially the second one. Haha! Looks great, quality materials and feels very secure. Makes getting in and out much easier.

Bought these for my 2 door JL. The install took a bit longer than I wanted, but really only took about an hour and a half. You do need to make sure that you tighten down every bolt very tight, otherwise these will move around on you. I’m about 240 pounds and I can put all my weight on these and jump up and down without them moving. Very sturdy when installed properly.

I just bought these for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler and they look fantastic! I was about to pay over double the price for Jeep brand rails, but these are just as nice and I couldn't be happier with the savings. Color matches the rest of the black on the Jeep. Install was easy, but just like most of the other reviews you have to lay it out and take your time. Took about an hour. Would give 10 stars! Really is a great value for the money.

this side bar is very good in quality and looks...But lacks of better install instructions.The Good:-Great Value- Quality- Looks- SturdinessThe Bad:-Lack of better install instructions- For the Jeep, it does not cover the holes and screws as the other types of bars do.

I like the quality, fit and finish. Installation instructions are not the easiest to decipher. I wi sh the manufacturer would include actual photos of the various steps during the installation. I am not so sure that some of the components could not have been pre assembled by the manufacturer. All in all I kind of enjoyed the mental stimulation of eventually figuring it out successfully.

As most of the others have said the directions initially leave you for a loss. I did attach the braces to the running board first, then bolted it to the vehicle. Worry about the smaller braces 2nd or you will waste time. I tried to put it together in the (warm) house first but wasted lot of time hers also because I had to change some parts trying to put it on. Lay it all out by the vehicle first and you can figure it out pretty quickly. Don't tighten anything down until it's all put together. Very, very solid and looks absolutely terrific. The texture is like heavy roadmap. I thought it would be smooth on the ends, but it looks great that way. Directions say to wax it after installation. I was afraid of that because of what happens when you get wax on rough Rubber or vinyl surfaces, so I just used protectant (or tire shine). We love it.
