MADE IN USA 🇺🇸
Purchased this Parrish Magic Line 10 × 10 × 2 square pan based on the many positive reviews. I'm impressed with the quality, it's heavy duty. I've used it twice, frst for oven baked barbecue chicken and then for baking. I used grease paper to line the pan when baking cake as suggested by another reviewer. Both came out great. I hand wash after each use, cleans up easily. I'll definitely be purchasing other sizes.Happy with my purchase.

Do People Really GUSH Over Bakeware?
Well I DO!I've had my Parrish 10x10x2 pan since 2013 and LOVE it to bits. THIS is the kind of old fashioned quality bakewareone would be lucky to find at an estate sale. I'm not going to take that chance so I'm buying another 2" and a 3' deep. After using this pan regularly for countless cinnamon rolls, cakes, casseroles, & roasting I don't knowhow I'd live without it. I have the larger size Breville countertop oven (which has replaced my range oven since the day I bought it at Wm Sonoma) and this pan fits & bakes perfectly in it. (I find it helpful to reduce the temp by ten degrees.)At this time in my life where I'm downsizing I've donated or tossed anything that doesn't fit into my lifestyle anymore. But these pans are going NOWHERE. Did I mention that I LOVE this pan? lol

Love this pan!!!
I have 2 of these pans, one in the 10x10x3 and one in the 9x13x3 size and they are fabulous pans. I love the perfect square corners. For cakes I just cut a piece of parchment to fit, spray with a bit of pan spray, and then pour in the batter. They come out perfect every single time. For the big casseroles I make for dinners these pans are a great size, and nice and deep. I like the edge around the top because it makes it easy to grip and take out of the oven. Some people say they have a problem getting stuff out of the corners, but i never have a problem with it. If in the rare instance something got stuck (very rarely) I use a toothpick after soaking...no problem. This was a great find and purchase, and I'm so glad I found it. I doubt these will ever wear out (mine get tons of use and are as good as new), but if it did I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Great Product!
I'm not a professional baker, and I bought the 10" Parrish pan for only one reason: to make biscuits. I've used other pans with bad results. Shiny pans resulted in poor browning of the bottoms, and heavy dark pans resulted in overcooked bottoms. The results with the Parrish pan were perfect. The sides are perfectly straight, creating perfectly shaped biscuits (I nestle the biscuits close together). The best part is that the biscuit bottoms were perfectly browned when the tops were perfectly browned. I'm no expert, but I suspect that the dull finish permits browning at just the right rate. They do tarnish with use, but this has not effected the functioning of this pan in any way. The fact that they're made in the USA is an added bonus. I plan to buy more of these. Great product!

Dedicated to cinnamon rolls
Heavy enough to avoid warping. Light enough to handle easily. The perfect size to make nine cinnamon rolls with a little depth to them.
