Not for ladies with smaller knees
I bought a medium based on the size chart. It fit perfectly above and below the knee. It is well crafted and the hinge is great. But - oh my Lord - it is not for females with smaller knees. I am a ballroom dancer of 30 years and in good shape. I have a damaged Mpfl from prior dislocation. This brace just swallowed my knee. My knee would need to be 30% bigger to work with this. As a result the buttress is moved too much over my kneecap and the straps are totally ineffective and far too long. This is a man's brace or for a woman with nearly cylindrical legs! I will stick with my other patellar stabilizing braces. I returned this one.
