Sturdy

While I wanted to go with a major brand like Grohe or Moen, I was hoping to save a few bucks and buy something attractive and reliable. I had never heard of Arofa, but there were so many positive reviews and the price was right-why not?Unfortunately after a few weeks the faucet head started to leak bad, really bad, whenever put in the spray position. I was philosophical at first, thinking I gambled but lost (it cost more to have the plumber install it than the actual product). It was a problem I couldn't fix so I started the search for a reputable brand again.Except this time, I decided to go back to the Amazon reviews and see if anyone else had experienced the same problem...bingo! I'd love to give credit to the guy who said he experienced the same problem and Arofa came through with an excellent replacement faucet head.I contacted the seller which began a series of emails with "Rose" from China. She was/is great! Knew what needed to be done and despite a problem with the first shipper (DHL) doggedly used a second (UPS) and the replacement part was here in a reasonable time, especially considering all of the international "challenges" presently. It was a 30 second change-out to the new faucet head and right away I could tell this was engineered correctly. She even threw in some free "S" hooks as a gift.So thank you, Rose, our faucet works great and I'm so happy I didn't have to plunk down extra money (especially for that expensive plumber!).

classic design, but elegant. Extremely practical, works wonderful. I have been using it now for 3 years, never had a problem. I will definitely purchase another one when I have too!

We wanted a "temporary" replacement for an old, failing faucet until we do a kitchen remodel. Most faucets at the big box stores seemed like total garbage... even at two or three times this price point. This faucet has been excellent so far (installed two weeks ago).Packaging was very good. Installation was easy. Included lock nut works great and is designed to be used without tools, so no more trying to get a wrench into a frustratingly tight space under the cabinet. Hoses are longer than expected and did not need extensions, which the old faucet did require. No leaks. Very solid, no wobble. The pull down head works well and retracts well. So far we couldn't be happier with this purchase.My single concern is that the pull down head is plastic (everything else is metal), and seems like a possible fail point. A couple of other reviewers did have these fail. But, every other faucet I looked at, including $300 faucets, are also plastic and don't seem to be better made. The manufacturer replied to the reviewers with failed heads and offered to replace the head immediately. That is why I took a chance on this faucet, and so far I'm very glad I did.Highly recommended.

1st- solid built, heavy duty, purchased for disabled person install. 5 mins to install. I researched on Amazon for a week, then went to "Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Walmart," nothing compared and when I did find a faucet simular it was 3-4 times higher in price. This is commercial grade quality. If you buy a faucet from Amazon this is a steal. Comes with a 5 yr warranty. Instructions are easy written, with pics to show each step. Comes with spare parts like extra button screws, Allen key, screen mesh for sprayer head filter and small washer for pull out handle. 3 types of spray and handle reaches all the way down to bottom of sink. This is 3rd replacement in 2 yrs and the other faucets were "Delta". If I could give 10 * I would, can't go wrong buying this product on a budget.

This is a nice looking faucet and it worked great for a couple of years. The head on the faucet stopped working and makes a loud whistling noise. After contacting the maker, they said they would send a new faucet head after sending a video. Well video was sent 3 months ago. Now They won’t respond to any of my emails.

Very sleek, and modern. Very clean lines to the faucet.
