UPDATE: rating change from 1 to 4 stars after seller refunded purchase.At first, I thought this was going to be a great, quiet collar. I’ve only had it on my dog two weeks now and it is already coming apart.The inside of the collar is peeling out (see photo). The loop to hold the excess end of the collar is poorly constructed and shows where it is barely secured to the main collar (see photo). Parts of the front “leather” are also coming off.My dog is the only animal in the home and has not been to the park or with other dogs. This was from wearing daily, only.The description advertises this as leather. The top might be or it’s probably pleather.Don’t waste your money!!! I want mine back!

The first collar we ordered was too big. We have an Irish wolfhound and too big usually isn't an issue. But I contacted the company and they were quick to respond and were very helpful in fixing the problem!The collar itself seems sturdy and well made. The information on the custom tag looked great and the color was exactly like the purple in the picture. The shipping took a little while but this is a custom item and it did arrive well within the shipping time frame advertised by the company.All in all I definitely recommend.

I ordered pink, which is not pink, it's purple. The plaque is very tiny. If she ever gets lost someone will need good eyes to be able to read it. The collar itself is a very good quality collar and I like that it buckles instead of the snaps that most collars have.

I've bought several collars with a personalized tag for my dog (all through Amazon). This one is by far my favorite. It just LOOKS "classy!"

Fell apart within 2 hours of placing it on my dog. The "suede" peeled. 0 out of 10 DON"T RECOMMEND!!

As soon as I got this collar I knew that it was gonna be much better than other collars I have gotten for my dog. It’s so thick and sturdy, and the colour is great! I got the large size for my husky, and she’s about 57 pounds. I customized it with my dogs name and my number, and it fits my dog perfectly! It’s also really easy to clean, as I just wipe it down if it gets dirty. Other dog collars I have to wash with soap and water, and they take forever to dry and don’t even wash properly. I can’t believe the quality for the price that I paid!

Happy with the colour. Good quality- only wish was that the tag was longer so you could see the engraved information better. Tag was too small.

I really liked the engraved collar, the name of the dog stood out. Unfortunately I purchased the collar before measuring the dog's neck and it is too small :(
