I saw this supplement recommended online for people who wake up in the middle of the night and can't stop thinking and can't go back to sleep. It really works! I take 2 of these pills if I happen to wake up in the middle of the night (1000mg) and I am able to sleep soundly soon afterwards.

POWERFUL STUFF
This product, L-Methionine is powerful stuff. I read that it is one of the things that helps your body produce DAO enzyme. I have had a problem with excess histamine and DAO helps control that. Some web articles caution about taking methionine but I decided to take it and see. I took 2 capsules on an empty stomach every morning and had a dull headache all day and I felt really crummy. This is a good company and there is basically nothing wrong with the product but just be aware if you do take it there may be side effects. I have stopped taking it and no headaches and feel much better.
