Quiet
I put this converter in my camper van 4 months ago. So far it’s performed well. I like that it runs very quite. I can barely hear it under my bed. It’s not a flaw, but was bigger than I had expected.

Good heavy duty inverter but with issues Update: failed in 2 months
2000 watt versionUpdate 2: Many months later Never received a replacement. Total $500 loss. Please do not buy this product or anything from this company.Update: The unit failed in less then 2 months. One of the Mosfets failed. Sent pictures and answered their questions. Customer service was not helpful saying they did not know when they would get replacement units. I offered to replace the Mosfet myself if they could send me the part. They said they would get back to me. Three weeks later and I have not heard from them.Buyer Beware!The good:Heavy duty well built. Shipping container was exceptional.Lots of featuresCharger can be set to off (allowing full solar charge control)Came with cables (although I did upgrade to 2 gauge.)The bad:Voltage readout is off by 0.5 volts (IE: 12.5 vs 13 volt actual).Switching between modes uses voltage instead of percentage of charge, so it is never accurate as voltage fluctuates too much with load. (AGM 400 AH batteries)The LCD screen is terrible, almost unreadable even with backlight on.Every time I change modes I have to re-enter parameters.No WIFI or bluetooth. No phone app.As someone mentioned: hot and neutral are reversed on the plug outlets

Honestly in product description is important
We have purchased used/refurbished items in the past and never been disappointed. HOWEVER, it was apparent this item was very damaged and would Not work.
