I was hesitant because I really despised the Cock Sox I ordered in the past, it made everything look awful and wilted up front because I generally don't fill out the "bulge" versions of thongs and avoid them for that reason. Trust me, when the tip of the pouch is collapsed back in itself it looks and feels pretty terrible.However in this case the "pouch" is just perfect. Frankly I am shocked at how much I enjoy it over my old thongs. The support on the entire assembly is much greater in all three dimensions than I am used to which is to say it is now oriented out and centered perpendicular to the body. This is surprisingly comfortable and I am in love with this fit. The elastics come to a sharper Y around the front lower side, which supports in a very comfortable way that is much more impressive than simply separating the two layers of skin with fabric like my old thongs did.With the old Mass 21 thongs I was wearing I would have to awkwardly adjust the scenario a few times a day, I have yet to have had this problem with this design. Color me impressed. The nylon and spandex is a superior construction overall and I feel healthier for my skin than the modal, which I seemed to develop a negative reaction to over time.All that being said, with regard to sizing as I hate reviews without sizing details:6' - 193 lbs - 34" waist size - in a caloric deficit and planning on losing 10 more pounds at least on this cut -I ordered the L size and they fit perfectly even though I am currently at the top of that size range. I feel they will work well over time as I plan to go down to probably a 31" waist again at 184. The reviewer who mentioned the XL fit him with his 42" waist helped me make this decision, so this is another data point for anyone else that may be in between sizing decisions.

Fits great, usually wear 32-34 and Large fit well.. The front is snug but not painfully constricting like some other thongs. These stretch well.. The back rests somewhat high but doesnt move up or down throughout the day. Feels higher quality than the "quick dry" thong by the same company

Purchased according to size chart and the fit was perfect. Extremely comfortable and they stay in place. I highly recommend these. My wife loves them on me.Update!!!!The first part of this review was on the camouflage style. I ordered size Large according to the chart and the fit was perfect. I decided to order a 4 pack of plain colors. I of course ordered size Large. Ther plain colors fit some reason are bigger and fit very loosely. I've already worn two of the four so won't be returning them, my fault for not returning them but be warned that anyone else ordering might run into sizing issues.

First off I'm straight. I wore cotton thongs for a few weeks after hernia surgery 20 years ago. I thought I ordered the wrong size when opening the package but rather the opposite with the best fitting size and showing off in the front with plenty of room and sheer enough to get to know what I have between my legs and feeling the slim g string material feeling so comfortable when hidden between my cheeks...Definitely ordering several more thong panties to wear and enjoying being held in the right places.

These would get 5 stars if they didn't stretch out as you wear them. By the end of the day, they are just about to fall off. If you wear these out for long periods of time, take an extra pair, they're gonna be very loose in about 5 or 6 hours.

Finally a thong with a pouch big enough for me to not smash my twig and berries. Ordered more but a size smaller since these do run really large for Chinese undies. I just wish there was a little wider coverage in front.

Very comfortable but they look kind of strange wearing them from a frontal point of view. These are great strictly for comfort. The material is slightly on the feminine side if that makes sense. A little on the bigger side but still great.
