Not Plug and Play
This is the complete opposite from plug and play. Anything with the new windows update wont let it work. Automatically categorized as other device and incapable of using bluetooth finder or connections through Windows. Absolutely a waste of money and would WARN people to stay away from this dongle until it is fixed.Tested 7/17/19

Illegitimate Copy of Driver Installed
I received the device and plugged it in to my computer. Then I used the CD that came with the device and installed the driver/program with it.The product worked for a few minutes at most. Afterwards, I would receive a warning about using illegitimate software (or being a victim of it....whatever) and the device would stop working. I am using Windows 7 and a simple bluetooth speaker setup, so this should not have been an issue. Therefore I am returning the device. I went to best buy and bought another one for 14 dollars. Should have done that in the first place.

working very well
Added this to my older desktop computer. Now able to use bluetooth headphones. Got so tired of the headphone cord.This bluetooth adapter 'just worked' with 64-bit Windows 10. No need to add anything else.

Doesn't work
Seems to setup and pair fine, but getting any devices to work with it goes nowhere. I've tried multiple Bluetooth devices that work fine with each other, but this receiver doesn't. Ended up being a waste of money.

Great for older computers
Out of box set up is fast and simple.The GUI is pretty straightforwardNot bad for the price if you have an older pc

No brainer link up.

Works but low signal strength.
Range is spotty. I tried to move to a different port and see if i got a better signal but it is still hit or miss with my printer 8 feet away.

Good product
This Bluetooth adapter is very good. It took me some time to get it to work the way I wanted it to but it gets the job done. I use the Bluetooth USB adapter to play video games on my PC with the PlayStation Xbox and Nintendo Switch controllers. I also use the Bluetooth USB adapter for this karaoke mic I bought. It works very well
