Sturdy, nice size dive gear bag
We are big into travel diving (live in the Philadelphia area, so no great local diving) and have been on the hunt for the right bag(s) that can transport our equipment, especially on planes, be good for transporting gear when on location, and adequately protect our gear. My husband and I both have a full set of dive equipment we travel with except for wetsuits - BCD, regulator, snorkel, mask, fins, torches, SMB, booties, underwater camera housing, and a few other small items. We recently received this bag and loved it, though we haven’t traveled with it yet, and even decided to purchase a second after seeing what it was like in person. We will be traveling with these bags to Cozumel and Riviera Maya in Mexico this December and will update our review when we have seen how they travel. Here are thoughts so far:Pros:-ideal size for one set of gear, with the caveat that it would be a bit of a tight squeeze to get a full length wetsuit in the bag too-fabric and mesh pockets on the sides provide flexible additional storage-material feels very strong and sturdy-exterior fin storage means the bag can be kept on the smaller side without losing fin storage-size enables bag to be carried on for a flight-compresses down to a very small size when empty, making it an option for bringing on dive boats without hogging space-lots of color options to pick fromCons:-quite heavy for carrying around on your back (especially when tired after a dive) when filled with equipment - will be even heavier when gear is wet-exterior fin storage does not provide protection if checking the bag on a flightThe photos accompanying the review show the bag when filled with all equipment mentioned at the top of the review.

Best duffle for divers. Period.
This is by far the best duffel. Looks are deceiving- it has a vast amount of room. My fins even fit in. Quality in every way. It holds its shape, unlike others. I bought a Cressi bag but it was too big to handle. This was designed for free divers, easy to handle.

Dipndive Seller is amazing!!
I purchased this bag through Dipndive. The bag wasn’t for my own personal use (my son uses it) so I can’t speak a lot to its function. I do wish it was may be a tad bigger but seems adequate given the price point. However, we did have an issue with the zipper approximately six months after purchase. The seller, Dipndive, was so easy to work with to get a warranty replacement. Highly recommend the seller!!

Quality
Have not used this bag yet but, the quality is as good as the one I have had for years. Love it!

I like it but not recommend for traveling.
Great durable bag. Doesn’t get exactly fit everything. But fits the main things. You can carry fins and etc in your hands. I use a back plate which isn’t big. I also wear a 7mm wetsuit. I will have to try and pack multiple ways to see if I can fit everything. But you can get a carabiner and clip your fins. The pockets i use for my GoPro. I’m excited about this bag. Definitely worth the by.

Perfect bag for travel!
I cand fit my BCD, rashguards and swimtrunks along with my fins inside of the bag for checking on an airline. and then I can transform it into my boat bag with my BCD, regs and camera inside with my fins strapped to the outside for the trip to the marina. perfect size to stowaway when unpacked on the boat and ready at the end of the day!

Not as described. This is NOT a roller bag.
If this bag were as advertised, it would be worth 4 stars, probably 5. But it is not. The description, title, and associated video with this product showed that it was a roller bag - a bag with rollers. And that your fins fit into pockets on the side to help give shape and structure. However, that is not the bag I received. What I received it a very nice, sturdy duffle bag with back pack straps. It is very good material, sturdy zippers, thick mesh side pocket and seems water resistant, if not water proof. It did end up fitting all of my gear - which was the purpose of my purchase as this is the first time I'm flying for a scuba trip. However, please be cautioned, this is NOT the ROLLER BAG. I don't even see that on Amazon's site - although they are calling this the AQUALUNG Explorer II Roller Bag - it is actually the Explorer Collection II Duffel Pack Scuba Gear Bag. Nice bag - but not as advertised.

Fits everything!
We now have 3 of these, and we each fit a full set of dive gear (minus tanks) into these bags and strap the fins to the back. Perfect for packing the car, dive charters, and easy transportation. Lugging dive gear around is hard enough, these make it easier for even the 3 of us to travel with ease.
