I wanted a paddle board big enough that I could put my two large dogs on. This one has a larger pad area than all the others I was looking at so I purchased it thinking it would be best for my dogs. I love it!! And so do my pups!!! It is hard to blow up and carry around if you’re the only person. Paddling was fine, it isn’t a speedster but one person can easily captain the board. We went over a lot of boat wakes and the board wasn’t too wobbly. The dogs had a blast. If you’re looking for a large, comfortable board, I recommend this one!

I bought this for fishing in pine island sound. It looks sturdy enough don't know how it will hold up around oyster beds just will have to be carefull around them
