Essential for speaker swap
I would consider this essential for a speaker swap. Eliminates damage from cutting wires. Fit and worked perfectly on my 2014 Rav4.

Works for 2022-24 Toyota Tundra's with the JBL stereo.
This works for a 2022-2024 Tundra (maybe to 2025 not sure) with JBL so long as you reverse the polarity of the connector (connect the red wires to the negative terminal of the speaker and connect the black wires to the positive terminal of the speaker). Very happy with it. Makes installation easy.

Worked on Rav4 Adventure 2023
This worked for me on a Rav4 2023 Adventure. I used with infinity speakers. Sound is much better than with the factory speakers, especially for high frequencies. It was a bit of a squeeze getting everything fitted but is doable.BTW: I liked the customer service, they were helpful when I was checking things before buying the harness.

You may have to bring out the wire strippers
I did! But after some tinkering and fastening wires together this worked great. I needed to upgrade and this helped me get exactly what I wanted.
