This is the second one that I’ve bought. It works great for playing music through your radio but only ok for phone calls. The caller has a hard time understanding. Hence the reason for the 4 star rating. Maybe it’s because the microphone is too far away from my mouth(?). However, I feel it’s well worth the money because I haven’t yet found a FM transmitter that is really good with phone calls. I liked the first one enough to buy a second. So, that should count for something.

It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. But it was easy to install and it worked great until the other day. The screen stopped coming on. It still had power because I could still change my phone so I opened it up hoping to get lucky and not it flicker on and off so hopefully I will find a lose wire inside or something I'm able to fix it's only about 4 months old so I'm going to be upset if I have to replace it. It doesn't appear to be very durable inside. I didn't see any screws or glue holding the internal parts in place. When I popped it open everything just flopped on out. If it can be fixed I'll give another star but if I have to buy another then I'll have to take one away.

Good for older cars without Bluetooth connections

As far as the Bluetooth side of this thing it works great but when you try to use a memory card in it and advance to the next song it locks up and stops the only way you can get it to restart is to unplug it and plug it back in then it takes three to five minutes to start playing music I love the Bluetooth side of it so I can play music from my phone but the other part of it really stinks

I purchased this as a gift & my friend was very impressed by the performance. The EQ screen is very bright which may be distracting for some drivers. It also increased the volume of the stereo more than expected. I would definitely recommend this product & seller. Item was shipped without delay & product exceeded expectations.

pros: easily and quickly upgraded my old car with bluetooth connectivity. easy to find another station when the one you're using has a lot of interference. high power output for charging newer phone models quickly - could get nearly 10% driving for just a few minutes. with GPS and spotify active while charging, battery is net charging. the DC meter of my battery is a useful monitor. the equalizer options are useful and they improved the listening experience. the forward and backwards buttons work for spotify preventing any fumbling w your phone while driving.cons: some of the EQ settings sound identical. there's 3 different ways to search for channels which was too redundant. less energy would be used and a smaller display necessary if those colorful equalizer bars were removed.conclusion: excellent purchase, would buy again despite flaws as they are minor and do not compromise the major advantages it adds to the vehicles functionality.

For music this is cool but to make phone call it will make to r2d2.

I use this product while on trips for music or books because I do not like all of the commercials and the inane conversions of the DJs.
