These are nicely made and very functional
I bought this sheath to go along with the new BUCK 110 automatic knife. In my opinion I could not have made a better choice. While they seem a little pricy they are well made and functionally worth te price. In fact I am buying another. This fits well on my belt at about the 10 o’clock position. It is easy to reach with my right hand and it seems to hold the knife very well. The leather is of reasonable thickness and the belt loops are sized to fit a 1 3/4” belt. I am particularly impressed that enough thought went into how the knife should ride in this holster that the angle is perfect for accessing the knife and yet keeping it almost within the width of the belt.I do want to watch this holster to make certain it does not listen over time. If I had any issue at all it would be something that I just part of the game and not the fault of the design or the designer. I am currently using the right hand version of this. And am preparing to try this left hand version at the 4 o’clock position for a right hand draw. At the location I am wearing the right hand draw it is about 4 inches from my buckle. The tail of the belt must be tucked into the belt loop of this holster behind the loop used to hold it on the belt. That means that the belt has to pass through the loop behind the knife handle twice. Because of this the is always a little fooling around to get everything adjusted after tightening the belt. This might be remedied by adding just a littl extra width to the slot on the open end of the holdster to allow for two passes of leather. I would recommend this holster to anyone that wants to carry a BUCK 110 knife. Particularly if they wanted to carry the new automatic 110. I have ordered this left hand version to try wearing it as a right hand draw on at about the 4 o’clock position to see iif that works better for me.

THE way to carry a Buck knife!
This sheath is superb! The construction is top notch! The value is evident! I use this sheath with my Buck 110 Automatic and it fits and functions flawlessly. I have worn it everyday for a week and it’s so comfortable, I forget it’s there. It’s tight enough that I never worry about it slipping out, but I have no trouble drawing or resheathing. After reading the reviews and suggestions in the Q&A section, I bought the left hand cross draw version and wear it on my right side just above and to the right of my back pocket. Still able to get my cellphone in and out of that pocket without ANY adjustment. This thing is just made right.Shipping was much faster than anticipated. The product was packaged appropriately, and I even received a hand-signed note from the maker with a little more Info about the product and a phone number in case I needed to contact him directly.I have two more 110s and a 112...and I’ll be buying more of these. As far as I’m concerned, this is THE way to carry a Buck knife!

Super well made and perfectly designed!
I have been eye-balling this product for several years. Finally took the plunge and it is absolutely perfect! Beautiful craftsmanship and high quality leather in a simple and effective design. I bought a left-handed one to carry in the small of my back for a right-handed draw. I bought this for a new 110, but it arrived first. First thing i did was force an old 110 into the sheath. It is tight! But that is a good thing and is just part of the process. This is a quality product and should will last several lifetimes. Wondering if there is a recommended leather oil?I am NOT a paid reviewer and have no affiliation with Buck or the makers of this sheath.

extremly comfortable and utilitarian
This holds up extremely well under use. I currently use it at work and as an EDC item. Fits my Benchmade CLA incredibly well.... but it does not Patina / wear as well as it does in the pictures. Wish it was slightly better leather that would stress better. Can NOT beat the function though.... Does exactly what it says it does with ease

If you want Quality, buy this Sheath
I have had this very same Sheath for over 7 years and it is still in great condition, I’ve worn it everyday of those 7 years to be exact. I recently lost my knife at work after I set it down and my old sheath was conformed to that knife. So what did I do when I had to buy a new sheath, I looked at the stamp on my old one and found Carl Thomas. Not only do you get a durable, reliable product, you also get the satisfaction of helping out a small business, and he appreciates this business so much that he’ll write you a hand written thank you note. It is a great experience all around and will last for years to come. Looking forward to decades with this new sheath!

Works with thumbstud
I wear this above my right back pocket and draw it forward with my right hand. Because it’s horizontal, it is much comfortable to wear sitting in a car or hammock. I have carried many tools for years in a verticle sheath including a Buck 112 and Leatherman Supertool, both similar in size & weight to a 110 and this is much more comfortable and concealable. My 110 has not fallen out in more than a year of use and the stitching and thick leather have held up well in a hot wet environment. I installed a kwik stud for one handed opening which makes it a little tighter but still useable.

Irritating to wear
This is a very nice sheath for my prized 40 year old Buck 112. It fits very tight initially. Per google, I installed knife and heated it up with a hair dryer. That worked good to loosen it. My problem is when worn on my jeans, in the space between back and side pocket, the sheath extends above the top of the pants, and is very irritating as it rubs on my side most of the time. I like the case, but may send it back.UPDATE: Because I liked the design, I decided to just fix it. I used a box knife to trim the top front of the back piece by about 3/8, and used heavy sandpaper to smooth edges and corners. The maker could have done a much nicer job of following the pattern, and finishing and burnishing the edges.
